North Bossier Bathroom Gets New Life
Moving in to take care of her elderly father, this client realized the home was in great need of TLC and updates. Her biggest need, the bathroom, was first on her list. She knew she wanted it light and bright and to feel less like a dungeon in the shower and commode area. To open the space, we extended it to the existing hall way, giving it a linen cabinet and small storage closet. The dungeon tub/shower and commode area was opened up by creating a pony wall making this tight area feel more spacious. The tub was removed to allow a beautiful marble walk in shower. The vanity area received a dramatic facelift by replacing the formica countertops with marble, and designing a custom cabinet painted in Turkish Coffee which matches the floating shelves above the new commode area. The vanity wall was decorated with gorgeous 2x4 tile and the walls were painted a light Misty color. The result was a clean, light, relaxed space to start her day and the client couldn't be more happier. Because of our smoothe process and quality of work, she is ready to tackle the rest of the home and we are ready to make her transition and her father's life more comfortable
