Well they are expensive, I had quotes that were alot cheaper. However; the products they use for their quotes were basic CONTRACTOR GRADE. They quoted me a monthly payment of 470.00 (approx) ended up being 530.00 a month. Would still pay that to get the better quality products that they use. The sub-contractor that they used for the windows were great. (Was so happy with them that I ordered their crew lunch) As soon as I get this paid for, I will definitely get quotes for siding replacement. (My purchase was for new roof, new gutters and 11 new windows. They are fantastic looking. Went with Black gutters, Estate Gray roofing. BLACK EXTERIOR/ WHITE INTERIOR windows. They look phenominal.

The whole process from quote to completion was stress-free. The representative answered all of our questions about the product and install process so we felt comfortable moving forward, the team that came out to confirm measurements was polite and funny, and the install team were absolute professionals who got the job done (13 windows and a door) incredibly quickly and without any issues.

It’s difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. Responses to emails are slow in coming. Improved communication would help. I haven’t heard anything since the work was done. I would love to remove the stickers from the windows but am waiting for an inspection. I have no idea when that might happen.
