I asked them respectfully to leave the flooring, they took it. One man kept saying you don't want it, it's busted up and split. I went to their van and it was not messed up. It was $10.00 a foot for the teak wood floors. They still took it after I asked them numerous times to leave it.

The insurance company sent another company to do our water mitigation from a water leak. They did a terrible job and didn't complete even half of what they should have. When I contacted 1-800-Water Damage, they responded right away. Although they were swamped due to flooding in so many areas, they still were able to get out here to look at the damage right away and get us on the schedule almost immediately. We were concerned about their process since the other company caused so much damage. Conrad assured us that should not happen with them and he was true to his word. His job was probably harder since they were trying to follow up on a mess the other company left, but they did a great job.
