I was interested in getting a walk in tub because of the safety aspects of getting in and out of the tub. My wife is frail at this time and I am worried that either her or I would fall or get into a serious accident, that is why i went with the walk in tub for the safety aspect of it.

It is so nice to have the ability to get in and out of my tub. I like having a tub you can sit back and relax in. I am very comfortable using it. The installers did an excellent job. It makes my heart happy whenever I look at it.

When they brought the unit in, they had to get it up the steps. It was very very difficult. They did a very good job. I was so pleased with the young man. When he left the first day I told him he could leave his tools in the bathroom. There was no dust in the bathroom. I was so pleased with him. The next day he came back and finished the project. He also showed me how to fill the tub. I waited to take a full massage bath. I had the instructions there, and I was pushing buttons like mad, and they all came on. I was so frightened. I knew I couldn't get out.
