1st Action Services was so professional. They did a very good job. I can not thank them enough for all the work they did to dry out my place.
I was fully satisfied, and I would use them again. Hopefully it won't happen again, but I would recommend them to anyone.
As a former property adjuster, I can say 1st Action is one of the best mitigation companies in the Atlanta area.
The team at 1st Action is the best! Everyone from Pat, Phil, the ladies who packed up my stuff and the guys who carry the boxes out to the truck. they were friendly, careful with my belongings, and work expeditiously.I would recommend them to anyone.nyone.
Great Experience!!
I was most satisfied with the timeframe. They showed up when they said they would. They were exceptional!
They were very friendly, on time, and went out of their way to fix an issue.
Pat and him team were very helpful during a tough time, I highly recommend them!
Pat called me and kept in touch with me the whole time. He kept me informed of when the crew was going to be there and how long it would take. He cooperated with me in the timeframe that it was supposed to happen in.
They gave wonderful service, even with my disability. They came back and helped me unpack everything. They are wonderful and have great customer service.
They did a good job and they did what they were supposed to do. I didn't fully understand the way they explained the process. However, overall they did a good job.
They were the best! They explained everything, they were prompt, and I wouldn't have chosen anyone else to do the job.
They made promises that they did not keep. It is unbelievable the amount of money they were paid for what was done. They left items in boxes without telling me they could not clean the items.A lack of communication. I'm still trying to locate things that were suppose to placed back where removed. They came in like angels. However, because my insurance company referred this company and I was traumatized and overwhelmed by the experience of having had a fire in my home I fell for all that they said.
They were very professional, I highly recommend them.
Under the outstanding leadership of GM Pat Reina 1st Action was absolutely world-class in handling the job, after extensive water damage in my home. Could not have been better.
They are an excellent, professional company who shows great compassion. They are great.
Fantastic service!! Thorough, professional and very kind.
1st Action Services is an awesome business and was great working with during my entire claim. You can not ask for a more professional, caring and patience company to work with.
Pat went above and beyond what is required, and I am very pleased with the work that 1st Action Services provided me.
They moved very fast and professionally. They were very nice and courteous. I would recommend them.
1st Action Services were quick to come to my rescue. They were very knowledgeable and thorough in their construction work and explained everything to us. Our ceiling and bathroom repairs were completely satisfactory. I would reccomend them to my friends. And I will be calling on them in the future for some work we need done.
1st Action Services was fast, responsive, understanding and extremely helpful. In a time of crisis, it was great to partner with a company that cares!!
They were extremely courteous and polite and made the best out of a bad situation.
Pat was an absolute delight to work with!
Excellent company and they met and exceeded all of my expectations.
I was very impressed with the way the ladies packed the contents of my home and the way the guys handled my furniture. The way they brought everything back and labeled all of my boxes.
Although 1st Action was quick to respond and was thorough in re-mediating the water damage to our basement, the response team did not use good judgement in cutting our carpets or removing our baseboards resulting in far more repair (and repair cost) than was necessary. Instead of cutting our carpets at existing seams, they cut the carpets 6-12" away from original seams making it impossible to re-seam the carpets after they dried. All carpet had to be replaced but had they pulled up at the seams, the carpets could have been repaired and steam cleaned. This mistake cost us (insurance) $5,000. Additionally, when emergency team removed baseboards that had been in contact with water, they removed so quickly they created large holes in some of the sheet rock as well as damaged the sheet rock above the baseboards resulting in need to repaint all walls- extra cost = $2,000. In short, we appreciated the rapid response, but with a little more care and thought, they could have avoided much larger repair expenses. For this reason, I will not recommend and will never call 1st Action in the future. Thankfully, my insurance company stepped up and paid the additional expenses to make the repairs.
1st Action wrongly stopped the process because they believed I had significant mold from my hot water leak. It almost cost me some payment from my insurance company. Luckily, I had a friend in the industry who was able to tell me that not only did I not have a mold problem from my hot water heater, the action caused by 1st Action in delaying the process made things much worse and eventually could have led to mold. In essence, 1st Action wanted to charge me close to $7K for work that didn't need to be done or was caused by them. I immediately fired them and hired another contractor who did everything necessary within my insurance policy and I had no outlay of cash.
They were fabulous and a fabulous company to work with.
The workers were friendly, knowledgeable and did their job well.
They were very prompt and courteous.
The men performed their jobs with professionally, they were courteous and completed their portion of my claim as quickly as possible. They checked on the machinery regularly to be sure it was performing as they expected. Would highly recommend this team for any services the company provides.. They are an asset to their company, 1st Action.

Area Of Satisfaction - The timely matter and the follow up calls plus they are professional and the quality of the work
I would never recommend this company. They add on as much as they can whether it is needed or not because they are billing your Insurance company directly. I told them not to cut into my drywall but they did anyway and then lied about a "communication breakdown". I have texts that PROVE otherwise. They did not listen to me the homeowner because they know the insurance company will pay whatever invoice they submit.
I had missing items after CSR services.
Pat was great
