I would recommend them for eaves troughs and roofing but not metal work unless the hire different employees to do the job. Also, the company needs to improve its communication with customers.

Glen and everyone at First Choice were very helpful and did a beautiful job installing our windows, and replacing eaves, fascia, and soffets. We are very happy with the results. We were disappointed, however, with the lack of clean up when the eaves were done. There were large, sharp scraps of metal all around the house that we cleaned up ourselves. The same crew also used our side garden to cut all the eaves, etc, and left dozens of tiny, sharp scraps of metal in the dirt. It was impossible to clean and we ended up digging out and disposing of the top layers of dirt. When we talked to Glen, he apologized and sent another crew to help clean up the mess.

From the moment I started talking to Glen, I felt he was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me to make sure my quote had everything I wanted and had any items that was needed up front. I had a very good experience with this company and will be using them again.

I was very pleased with their work. I was quite impressed with them. When I called about a problem, they addressed it right away and the problem was my fault!

We have used your services twice; each time Glen and staff were great to deal with. The price was lower then all their competitors as well and the quality of the work was still excellent! We love our metal roof and windows :)
