The Representative I first spoke to Josh Rugnao was very pleasant, professional and helpful to me and we established a good rapport. The office staff and project manager were also very respectful and helpful. Any question or concern that I had was thoroughly addressed. I think they did an excellent job with my roof and would highly recommend them.

The crews, led by Sebastian, were very professional, over communicated, did a great job of protecting our property and installed a very good looking roof that has the protection we need that let's us rest easy in a storm and also increases the value of our property. 314 Roofing and Owens Corning are the way to go!

I'm very pleased to share that my family and I had the BEST experience working with Mr. Keefe/314! We've had unpleasant and disappointing experiences with many other contractors/vendors and it was just such an amazing feeling to finally find a company that didn't disappoint us at all. We're very impressed from the first consultation to the completion of our roof. Mr. Keefe is very prompt to all appointments and spent quality time to discuss our roof needs, thoroughly explaining/educating us on all materials that will be used and the whole replacement process and his follow-ups are timely and consistent. The execution of replacing the roof was quick and efficient and Mr. Keefe made sure he thoroughly inspected the work performed and made sure everything was properly cleaned/picked up and safe, including making sure there were no materials left around the house in the grass (we have puppies). My neighbors loved the new look of our roof and inquired about 314 and when they met Mr. Keefe, they instantly observed the patience and quality of his communication as well as the great pricing compared to other companies and ended up getting their roof replaced the next week after us! It's really hard to find consistent professional contractors that can execute a project with little flaws and so thankful and impressed to finally find a company that we didn't have to chase down for quotes, updates, etc. and left not 100% completely satisfied.
