How is it you can't give an estimate and I have to find out almost half the money for claim is used by you guys. I could of gotten an estimate same day from other companies and for way less.

The claims estimator misrepresented his company by telling me that everything he writes as damage will be honored by Allstate. This was not true as Allstate did not pay for two stained and water damaged wool 8' x 10' area rugs. Both rugs were removed from our home during the demolition process. In addition, some damage to the lower kitchen cabinets were not included either.

The guys who came to do the work did a great job of making sure that the area in which they were working was sealed off from the adjoining areas in order to keep the rest of the property from getting covered in wallboard dust and dirt.

Overall 911 Restoration was responsive and professional from the first phone call to the end of the process. The estimator as work staff explained all facets or the work required. They showed up on time when they said they would arrive, which is the biggest issue with service companies. I would not hesitate to use them on any non -related insurance if that were possible.

The service provided by this company was very poor. After the clean up. I noticed that my belonging were broken, missing, detached (electric, plumbing). None of this was told to me by the workers or their supervisor. Now repairs not only to what was damaged from the broken pipe. I now have to make repairs to things that were damaged by the workers.

I explained to the crew that I had new floors put down in the area that they were working in and that I didn't want them scratched because it cost me a lot of money. While working they didn't put tarps down and when using their big fans it scratched the floors very badly. I had the floor guy check it out and he said that about a six foot square area had to be replaced. I will not pay for this since it was 911's mistake so I hope that the insurance company is going to take care of the matter
