Accent Roofing Service was not the original roofer, but I called them because we had a leak. I saw their reviews, and they had really good reviews. They have been in business for 35 years. They responded very quickly. They came out, used a drone, and found the area where the leak was detected. They promptly arrived, completed the repair in two days, and also fixed another section that the other roofing company had poorly repaired. They did an excellent job. My experience started with a representative, Tony Labandero, coming to inspect the roof outside and from inside the attic. I was presented with an estimate with full explanation of what was found and what they would do to fix my roofing problems. Tony was very personable and professional. It’s so nice dealing with someone of his qualities! The job was scheduled for 2 days later and the crew, led by Joe Bronson, showed up on time and ready to work. My experience with Accent Roofing Service was professional from start to finish. Everyone was on time (for calls or meetings or work). We needed our roof replaced. We were able to schedule an appraisal and estimate, and within a week, Matt was able to provide this service. The estimate was a couple of thousand dollars less than another roofing company. We had also scheduled another roofer to come out, but they could not for 3 weeks at the earliest. We were comfortable with Accent from the 5-star reviews online, and they did not disappoint! Josh and his crew showed up early on the scheduled date to prep the area. I stayed in the house for the entire replacement, and did not find the pounding to be very nerve-wracking. It was kind of fun to watch the crew work safely (with cables) and efficiently (shingles were brought up on a ladder conveyor belt). The clean-up was great, too. Josh walked around the house to me, pointing out the improvements made (wrap arounds to prevent water from traveling to the house and attic heat release). I also appreciated that he shared drone photos of the roof in its different phases of the job. Josh and his crew were cheerful, professional, and respectful. I wholeheartedly agree and give them a 5-star rating, as well!

Cannot find a better roofing company than Accent Roofing! I had many "storm chasers" come to my house telling me all about the hail damage I had due to recent storms. I called Accent Roofing solely off of seeing the good reviews they had. Matt Mitchell from Accent showed up right when he said he would to do an inspection and informed me there wasn't any hail damage but a lot of wind damage. He helped me work with my insurance to make sure everything was covered. Insurance adjuster came out and confirmed the same findings as Matt. (No hail damage like the other companies said, just wind damage). I really appreciated his honesty with this and him not trying to oversell me anything. Accent arrived the day they scheduled the new roof installation and was finished within 7 hours. The roof looks fantastic and have had no issues with it at all. The Project Manager (Les) was great to talk to through the entire experience. He sent me pictures throughout the install and answered all my questions. If you need a roof install, give this company a call! The reviews speak for themselves, they don't have to go chasing storms to get your business!
