Everyone from seller to installer, owner, and every one in between were absolute professionals. I have never dealt with a company that was so easy to talk to and actually answer. Every single one of my concerns (there were a lot because this was a major project) were alleviated and put to rest. I have already recommended Affordable Windows to one of my coworkers (who is having all of his windows replaced) and will gladly do the same to anyone else looking to have their windows or doors replaced.

Types of work

Types of work - The installers were absolute professionals and courteous of my house as well as myself during the entire installation of my 12 windows and french doors. They showed up on time, started promptly, had the knowledge and skills to perform the job, worked seamlessly together, and, even though there were only two of them, completed the job on time. The biggest thing which impressed me was that one the second day of installation the french doors were not wanting to cooperate. Devin stuck with the door while Brandon worked on the remaining windows. Eventually, the french doors were aligned properly and are as smooth as butter. Because of the issues with the door, it was already starting to get dark and edged closer to the end of the working the day. Instead of leaving the job because of the time and having to set up a third day of installation to finish the windows, the guys stuck with the project and finished the job. I found this to be among the most professional attitudes. They got the job done right and more importantly they got it done right the first time!!!

Quality Of Materials

Quality Of Materials - I looked at windows a lot....A LOT when I decided to have mine replaced. The Simonton windows that they use are solid products and I could not be happier. They are well built and constructed, and they look amazing! I had two opaque patters placed on my windows (glue chip on one and delta frost on the other) The delta frost is in the bathroom and when the sunlight hits it in the morning it literally looks like crystals shining. All the colors show up vibrant and give the bathroom an air of simplicity and beauty. Absolute best choice in my opinion.

Quality Of Workmanship - As stated earlier, Devin and Brandon were amazing workers! Their attitude and knowledge can not be beat, hands down.

Expertise - I had a ton of questions for Rick (the sales rep who came out to my house) and he answered every single one of them. This was no daunting task and I had multiple quotes. The people at Affordable Windows were the most knowledgeable out of them all, and this was just one of warm and fuzzy reasons why I chose to go with them.

Problem Resolution

Problem Resolution - After having the windows installed, I did a thorough check of all the windows. As for the workmanship of the installation, I am happy to say that I could not find a single thing wrong! Every detail was paid attention to as if it were the most important. Having said that, I did have one issue which allows me to speak upon this subject. One of the screens shipped with the windows was a tiny bit bowed out creating a small gap where bugs and insects could enter the house if the window was left open. I e-mailed Affordable Widows (I work nights so this was around 11pm) telling them the problem and including pictures so they knew exactly what I was talking about. To my surprise, I had an answer within the first hour of Affordable Windows opening up for business the next day! There was no hassle, no run around, no avoidance, just simply people doing the right thing the first time! I feel that this has become lost among companies these days and to find a company that still holds this value near and dear to their core beliefs was refreshing.

Professional & Organized

Professional & Organized - Affordable Windows had all the tools to complete the job and the installers had perfect synchrony. The speed at which they work together allow them to complete the job in the time they provided.

Schedule

Schedule - I received my windows early than expected and had them installed a week later. This was due to my schedule not allowing a sooner install time though. Affordable Windows is extremely flexible to accommodate any an all schedules of their clients and provide fast service.

Value

Value - With these windows they could charge more due to the quality of how nice they are. Instead, Affordable Windows charges a very fair market price to its customers. I had other companies come out and through the entire sales pitch I felt just that...that I was being sold something. With Affordable Windows I felt a sense of wanting to provide a product for me. That was the difference! They want to provide for their customers and not just get their money. It was low pressure and no hidden sales tactics.

Sales Knowledge

Sales Knowledge - Every one with Affordable Windows knew what they were talking about. Never once did I have some one say to me, "we will have to get back to you" or "I'm not really sure." Consummate professionals all around! Thank you for providing an atmosphere where I felt comfortable the whole way through.

Recognized Excellence - I really cannot sing the praises of Devin and Brandon enough. These two guys were absolutely amazing! I have never met anyone else who had their work ethic, integrity, and knowledge about their job. I normally say daily that I am tired of dealing with people who cannot do their job, but I am EXTREMELY pleased to say that this was not the case with these two. As mentioned above, they stuck with the job even when things did not go right to get them done correctly. No corner cutting, no halfway complete jobs. They even stayed past normal working hours to get the job done after having issues with aligning the french door. They got it aligned 100% but because of the issues it set them back a few hours. I was fully expecting them to say that they would have to come out a third day to finish the job since the working day was over, but no! They stayed and finished it. They didn't even rush to leave earlier. They provided the same exceptional quality and service as they did at the beginning of the day. A HUGE shout out to them! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Probably the only area I could think would be in needing of improving would be advertising so more people can hear about your company and receive the amazing service that I did. The whole process from sales to installation went smoothly. Sales associate was thorough in outlining the features and options that would best meet our needs. As for the install, the crew arrived on time and workmanship was first-rate.
