I had a service door put on my garage and a front storm screen door. The guys did a fantastic job!!! I am very happy with my new doors!!!

Two workers came out to install the two windows and the garage entry door. They were knowledgeable about their work and did a good job.

I had a doctor's appointment and when checking in I explained that we were having windows installed that same day. She asked who was doing the work and said it was All American Window and Door Co. They are looking for a good contractor to do some work for them and I stated that your product was very good and we had you do all our windows.

I found them to be extremely efficient, very accommodating, and very friendly. They were absolutely pleasant to work with. Wes was the representative who came out to my house almost immediately and went out of his way to finish everything before I left the country. He did all the paperwork, and he was wonderful.

I like the product, the installers did a good job, but the management treated me terribly over the three payment schedule outlined in the contract.

Went back to All American Window and Door after being very happy with our new sliding patio door last year and casement windows before that. Provia had plenty of choices to pick the perfect new entry door, side lites and matching storm door at a price we could afford. Definitely a step above big box store quality. Outstanding help with choosing the right colors and door options. Fast delivery and great installation. Love the door! More windows are next.

ted...happy with that. Installation took long to happen. Installation was questionable...issues with hinges and closers. Fix was spraying with silicone. Not sure about this...new doors shouldn't need lubrication.

Our new patio door is perfect. Great quality and good looking. It really upgraded our space. The workers did a great job and were friendly and professional.

The sales process was very good. When the windows arrived, they had broken latches. We were asked to pay for them in full and put in a service request. This was very disappointing. Nevertheless, the service was done in a timely fashion, and the problem was solved effectively. The price was not cheap, but it was competitive, and we love the windows. So overall good, but delivering broken doors and then making us call to arrange their repair was annoying and could be improved.
