Stay away from AFS. They incorrectly recorded our building permit number on our Site Development Budget and now we have to shell out $6000 that should have been included in our loan. The correct information was sent to them also so how they screwed this up is beyond us. The appraisal process also was poorly done and we were not told we had closing costs on our land until we showed up to sign the paper. Poor service. Seemingly ignorant.Potentially shady.
