They closed up a half inch crack in my brick without disturbing anything else.

The work was completed much earlier than expected. The city inspection is taking much longer than expected.

Yes this boys are dissent hard workin yes they need some seasoning and fatherly advice and yes they need more supervision This big job they rush to finish in two days.Also your company should provide them with proper standing machine with vacuum dust bag if they had that this huge damages wouldn’t be done to my property,also l got sick thank god l have had some medication that help.Cement dust cause cancer this boys work for hours with gas mask how would you like to work with gas mask eight hours you can’t bread mistake is done but will be corrected advice for Pete and Math every morning drink 8 once of milk to protect young lungs from cancer.

Alpha Foundations came out and did the job really quickly. They are very professional. They did a really good job. There is a big difference in our floor since they left.

I thought they did a good job until my dryer stopped working. They knocked a water hose off and they knocked my dryer vent off and it wet the lent and stopped it up. That cost me $150 to fix. When they put in my new water pipe they did not do it right.

Everyone was very courteous and very knowledgeable. They took time to explain what the problem was and how their recommended solution would work.

I used Alpha to encapsulate my crawlspace and also add support in a few areas of my home. From the initial estimate to the project completion, the experience was professional and communicative. Even though the job ended up taking a bit longer than initially expected, I was kept informed as to why, and appreciated the amount of time spent to make sure it was done properly. I've already recommended Alpha Foundations to a few folks in my neighborhood and would be happy to do so again in the future.

On the day of the work to be performed, they had some issues with the equipment/ I took the day off and they didn't end up starting until the afternoon instead of the morning and they still haven't completed the follow-up.

Sales visit was not pushy and installation crew took time to walk through plan with me and answer any questions

Alpha foundations did an outstanding job at a great price. Highly recommend for all foundation or concrete leveling needs. Here's a company who will actually stick to their appointments, do what they say, and give a great price. A rare thing to find in the treasure coast.

They're fast to take the money but takes forever to get back with you.

When I called I got an answer that day, and they said they would sent someone. I called on a weekend and they called and set me up for four days later. Then they move it up and made sure my house was taken care of. They didn't leave me with a cracks in my house and I appreciated that.

They're very professional. It was well done and quicker than I expected.

It was the worst experience of my life. We told them not to install the lifters and cancelled the order and they did it anyway after we cancelled the order. Now they want to try to bill us for it. They did more damage than good and ruined our home. We initially reached out to them for a crack in an arch on our front door. Now the arch is worst and falling apart.

I am still waiting on the permit and the final inspection of the work they completed.

everyone was extremely nice to work with but I would like someone to call me because it appears an area which was worked on may be sagging again. Lookt like a simple fix but i am very happy!

Alpha Foundations people have a lot of skill and knowledge to do repair of foundations and chimneys.

Paid a lot of money and was told there was no guarantee that it would take water away but did NOT tell me it might make water issue worse which it did. So paid ALOT of money almost 2K and now am probably going to have patio repoured for 2K

I feel a bit mislead. I did a $3500 repair to push my chimney back in place and stabilize it so I could use it. If I thought it would be unable to be used, I would have torn it down and put french doors. We were expecting piers to be put underneath it and the crane/machine to gently push it back in place. They never even tried. All they did was put the piers, PERIOD. When a structure is leaning, we surely wouldn't expect it to pop back into place without a little gentle assistance. In fact there was no change at all and now even though they are very kind to send out some wood workers to cosmetically patch up the hole, the fireplace can never be certified to be used. How do I sell a house like that? Our sales person was the absolute nicest guy you would EVER want to meet. But he oversold what could happen. We trusted him. He is doing all he can to help us and we aren't complaining about him, we are complaining the the actual technical guys didn't make more of an effort. I hate to put lipstick on a pig basically and also hate to pay another company to come in with a crane behind you to give the chimney a little tap to give it a try. We had another company say that they didn't make much of an effort and give us a price. That is sad.
