American conducted an online, FaceTime based analysis of our requirements. They provided a fair estimate, better than 2 other local competitors. On move day , American showed up on time. Did a professional job protecting and loading our furniture. The trucks arrived for unload on time, and with their drivers handling a challenging sloped driveway, I executed a safe and timely offload with zero damage. Outstanding planning and execution
