We have worked with builders before, but not from a blank page like we did with Anderson. We had a lot, and lots of ideas but needed to find floorplans that would fit our one story ambitions as well as the homeowners association rules. Larry Loucks was very knowledgeable and capable in the design and build process. It was a great experience start to finish. I also enjoyed many interactions with Garret on site and he worked through problems with me in a very capable way. Jane and I have owned 8 houses prior to this. We saved the best for last.

The Mt. Rose architectural plan was perfect for us, and innovative. Quality of materials and workmanship was superior. Design phase and fixed contract was seamless.

It was a totally professional experience from the beginning when selecting a lot, choosing a floor plan, modifying the floor plan, the contracting and permit process and the design review process. Even with the pandemic and supply chain issues, there was good communication and workarounds when necessary. The construction was seamless with co-connect and John Crawford was an able construction super.

I love the house. While it was expensive it was worth it. The customer service was good and they fixed everything we wanted to be fixed. They were sensitive to our needs and were great.

Anderson Homes LLC is an absolute first class builder.

I built my house long-distance in WA using Anderson Homes (AH); I was living in Florida & did not inspect the job site once during construction although the AH staff was good about posting photos of the construction site on its website. The first time I actually saw my new AH house was when I arrived on the day of the closing & I absolutely loved it. AH complied with all of my option, color & fixture choices. I had only built one other house before & it was in Florida where I had to inspect the job site daily to catch the builder's errors. My friends, family & even my pets' vet thought that I was nuts to build a house long-distance, but it worked out beautifully with AH. I would not hesitate to heartily recommend AH as a builder.
