The Anthony & Sylvan team, from my initial consult through project management and completion were great. They worked well with my other contractors and explained everything and met the deadlines as expected.

The division between those functions managed by A&S project manager, and those functions managed by homeowner (e.g. landscaping associated with pool) can be awkward. However, all items and concerns under A&S purview were resolved.

We are very happy with our pool design and installation and highly recommend Anthony & Sylvan to anyone thinking of having an inground pool installed. The team that assisted us, Paul Franklin, Cesar Sanabria, Alisha Odle, and Robert ("pool school"), walked us through every step of the process and were always available for questions or concerns. Despite a few Spring weather delays, the process went very smoothly!

I'm beside myself at the level of customer service, or lack thereof, that Anthony and Sylvan has provided. Very little was communicated throughout the entire process. We were given no upgrade options for the waterfall tile (or waterfall itself)- which is hideous and only about 12” wide. Start to finish took 8 MONTHS. During construction they hit our downspout drainage pipes, and their contractor left trash and cigarette butts all over my yard. They also left three 4-foot rebar pieces sticking out of the ground next to the pool that I had to remove myself.

After leaving a negative review based on my personal experience, I was hounded by upper management to change my review to 5 stars. It became very clear to me that this company doesn't actually care about their customers. The cherry on top is that I purchased a $5,500 pool cover through them, which ripped within three months and wasn't covered under the pool cover warranty. Additionally, they measured for the cover incorrectly, resulting in them drilling seven holes in the front of our waterfall.

Plaster issues , no help from warranty denial department, 3 years warranty and I been complaining since 6 weeks after completion to no avail , get a company that actually answers the phone when you call , once the got your money , you’re screwed!

I'd encourage you to please read my first review for the details of why these three gentlemen have (in my opinion), delivered above and beyond service, guidance, quality, communication and results. Their patience and attention to detail surpassed my expectations. And their ability to problem solve any and all challenges kept my project on track and the success I believe it was. Thanks to Beau, Tim and John, Anthony & Sylvan should be positioned in the Austin market as one of the leaders who stands 100% behind their quality and their word. The reason why I gave that rating is because, first of all, they were the only company that came in with the design. They made a design for us. He created a design, put it on the laptop for us, and showed us what the backyard would look like. Nobody did that except them. It was our first time having a pool. They were there every day. I had never seen customer service like that before. They do subcontracting, but the ones they have are the same people they use from job to job. They were really good. They were amazing, and I would recommend them. The package overall is worth it.

Anthony & Sylvan Pools were good at getting different crews out there. Tiffany Dickson was helpful in telling me what was going on. She communicated with me during the entire process and always got back to me promptly when I left a message. She also took care of things if there was a problem.

The pool was completed as we requested.
