Probably the best contractor of any discipline that I have worked with. I have a 130 year old craftsman house with a complicated roof line. Lots of valleys dumping water onto low pitched porches. That had been a chronic problem way before I bought the house in 1983. After listening to me patiently and spending time looking over the roof, Mark had a solution. That roof lasted 26 years and upon returning, he said we could probably get a couple more years out of it with some repairs if I needed to wait on replacing it. This replacement went like clockwork. The crew arrived as scheduled and surrounded the entire house with tarps to catch every bit of debris. The foreman and I did a through walk through. He kept me informed all through the job. The crew was very accommodating and respectful to my home and me. When they pulled away after the job was done you never would have know anything had happened. The supervisor did his inspection and ran the magnet completely around the house one more time. Mark came by a few days afterwards and did a complete inspection. He showed me pictures and explained how the weaving of the shingles in and around the valleys was perfectly done. I appreciated his compliments to his crew. Lastly, Atlanta Roofing Specialist attach everything with hammers and nails. I have done enough construction and home repair to know this is far superior to pneumatic fasteners on asphalt shingles.
