I have lived in the same home for 34 years and have experienced two new roofs and various repairs for leaks during that time. When I discovered a new leak, I contacted a friend who had tried several times (unsuccessfully) to have leaks repaired until she was referred to Atlanta Roofing Specialists. She was very happy with their work and highly recommended them, so I contacted them...one of the best decisions I ever made!

It is difficult to find competent roofing repair as most roofers simply want to sell you a new roof. Atlanta Roofing Specialists sent a seasoned professional out to inspect my roof and provide an on-the spot estimate. He was very thorough and provided photos to clarify the issues which included damaged skylight flashing and caulking around a chimney that had dried and pulled away. (I had used another company to replace the chimney flashing in 2022.) I thought that the estimate I received for the repairs was reasonable and my neighbor, a home builder, agreed.

Once I signed the Atlanta Roofing Specialist contract, the work was scheduled and proceeded on schedule. Each time I called or emailed with concerns, I dealt with the same patient, thorough and efficient person. The day of the repair, Juan and Oscar arrived on time and proceeded to work hard for over eight hours. There was some rotten wood at the skylight, but they managed to have some wood delivered and to complete the job in one day. (Also of note, they still "hand nail" which is more difficult and time consuming than nail guns which are now the norm.) After a long, hot day, clean-up around the property was also very thorough. Juan and Oscar were knowledgable, hard working and couldn't have been nicer. They also provided photos of the completed repairs...beautiful work.Since then, Hurricane Helene passed through and I had NO LEAKS! Also, I have to mention that my neighbor, the builder, called me to get Atlanta Roofing Specialists contact info when his son had a leaking roof.

Good contact, estimate and follow=up after completed

It was a great experience start to finish. I have a flat roof addition that was leaking where it joined the main house. There was no flashing present - just dried up caulk. Atlanta Roofing Specialists installed flashing and also repaired some small areas in main roof. I plan to use this company to replaced my main roof when the time comes. Excellent attention to me as a customer!

Quality job! From David Bishop and on down the line, top notch personel. They provided a pleasant service experience that went totally smooth. I only found three nails around the house after diligently searching for them, one in the grass and two in the flower bed. No big deal! Atlanta Roofing Specialist have always operated in a timely fashion and had excellent results. i am thoroughly impressed with their work.

Before we had Atlanta roofing specialists put on a new roof/ build a ‘cricket’ around the chimney and place a new chimney cap, Atlanta Roofing Specialists fixed 2 separate roof leaks almost 2 years prior, giving us time to make other repairs on our very old home. The roof, although ready to be replaced, never leaked from the repairs. Would not hesitate to refer this company for roof replacement!

For now, I am not likely to recommend. Waiting for the issue to be rectified.
