They virtually did not inform that until I saw the certificate after the incident that I did not have a full system. I think it was deceptive that I did not get a full system and I thought I was paying for one.
They're honest and affordable. They fixed the dryer vent. I'd give them an A.
It was a very good experience. Everything was fine. I've used the company in the past, so I already knew that they were very good and hardworking. Everything went as expected. It was a drain system from a water table in this house that we were building. It was a new construction. I'd give them an A overall. Everything was good.
The quality of the work was good. They put in a French drain. I'd give them an A.
They worked hard on the day they scheduled the work and completed everything on schedule. They did a B-Dry system in the basement. Overall, I'd give them an A.
I think they were responsive. They came in and did what they needed to do on short notice. We sort of expanded the scope a little bit partway through, and that was no problem to do. I'd say they were good to work with. I no longer own the house, so I don't know how it lasted over time. It certainly seemed to do the trick at the time. I'd give them an A. I think it was good. I wouldn't have any hesitations to recommend them.
I think of them often. I don't get any water in my basement since they came. That's what I like. They installed a new system. Overall, I'd give them an A.
The price was good, and they did the work nicely. They left my basement in decent shape. I liked everything. I would give them an A+.
I liked the way the gentleman explained everything to me. He explained everything that would be done, and then when it was done, he explained everything about it. They were very professional and very thorough. The people that bought the house were very impressed with it. I'd give them an A+.
This was done a year ago, just about one year ago. They were very prompt. I believe the guy's name was Bill. He's the owner of the franchise I use. I remember him being very responsive and prompt. I had a time sensitive need that he was very good at helping me with. He was thorough, and he seemed to understand the situation and my needs quite well. A year on, I've had no problems, knock on wood. I just view it as a favorable dealing with the company and Bill. I didn't need a staff, and it was a pretty big job, but they did it, start to finish, in three days. I had a sump pump installed in my basement, as well as a full perimeter drain. I'd give them an A.
We were in the middle of a project. We actually needed them to turn it around pretty quickly. They were pretty accommodating. They had it done within a week. They came out, and it was done by the end of the day. They installed a drainage system for me. I would recommend them.
I worked with B-Dry along with the homeowner. I don't have anything negative to say. They did a perimeter drain. Their speed on getting the job done was great. I'd give them a B+.
They were excellent. The guy I dealt with, who came and went over the job, he went over well. He explained the whole thing to me. I'm a carpenter, and I’ve never really dealt with them before, so I knew what I was looking at. He was very good there, and then the guys that came to work on it were just very professional, and they did a good day’s work. It was spotless. I was missing one thing; it was a vent for the floor, and they forgot one. It was here the next day for me, so everything went well. They did a drainage system in the basement, around the perimeter, with the two pumps and all of that. I was happy with everything. I've already recommended them.
I think it was a really good experience. They came in and did the work. There was no inconvenience. I'd give them an A overall.
I had an excellent experience with no complaints. I'm very happy. I have recommended them. They were doing waterproofing.
I would give them an A-.
The whole purpose of having them work in our basement was to try to get to a place where we could finish our basement with peace of mind. There was confusion over what actually needed to happen in order to finish our basement. Did we need a water barrier? Did we not need a water barrier? They were completely unhelpful in resolving that, despite the fact that I needed the basement ready to finish by the time they were done. When they came onsite, there was confusion over whether or not they would actually deliver on that, whether or not that was part of the contract. Overall, I just feel like they sold me on their system and said that the basement would be finish ready. Then they weren't prepared or knowledgeable enough to back up that claim. It still frustrates me, and I'm still not sure they did the right thing. I'd give the overall experience a C. It seems to be a nice job that they did. They only knew about specifically the components they were installing and not about the applications around the components. They were not the most responsive.
They were very receptive. They completed the work as planned and were clean and courteous throughout the whole process. They were basically putting in a French drain in the basement. I'd give them an A.
They did our French drain. They were great. The workers were kind, and they were quick. The work was done well. I'd give the experience an A+.
The experience was very good. The boss that came, I thought he went above and beyond what he had to do to be prepared to do the job. It had a few things about it that were challenging, but he found out how to exactly deal with my unique problem. Then, when the men actually came in to the do the work, they also got creative and did some work, even beyond what the boss figured out when he came in to do the testing. I would give them an A-. I have a feeling that their kind of work is very messy work. They did do a pretty good job cleaning up, but even with their good clean up, I still was cleaning concrete dust out of my basement and first floor for a month or two afterward. They found things and dealt with them that some competitors did not. I would definitely recommend them.
I had a positive experience with B-Dry Waterproofing.
They came in and were very knowledgeably. We had six companies come in, and they came in, and they were no nonsense. The owner explained everything, and they did exactly what they said they were going to do; and they did it when they scheduled it. It was done on time. I would give them an A. We have absolutely no complaints for them at all.
They did a good job. They were pretty honest. They told me how the job would go and how everything would work. They executed everything exactly as they said they would. They ended up doing a drainage system in my residence. I'd give them an A. I'm actually thinking about using them for another job I have.
I have to say that they didn't fully fix the issue, at least as far as they could. We had an issue in the garage and they put a drain in, which was fine. The location of the grading of the drain was outside of the garage. It was inside and outside of the garage. The outside of the garage drain wasn't actually discussed. We thought it was going to be inside. That was a little surprising to go down and find once the work was done. It ultimately didn't matter that much in terms of what we ended up doing with our garage. We did have a secondary issue of water coming in, and they did not have any recommendation for us on what to do about that. So we're still at a loss with that. We're trying to work with a plumber and contractor to figure out what to do about that space. They basically said, 'Sorry we can't help you.' We were like, 'Wait, what? I thought you guys were the experts in this situation.' We basically had two places where water was coming in. One was sufficiently taken care of, and the other we were pretty much just left with, 'I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do about this.' So I would give it a 5/5. It was half taken care of and half not. The guy that came out, he was nice enough but he was very tough. He just really didn't attempt to work with us in order to come up with a solution or remedy a solution. We basically have standing water in an area crawlspace in our basement and there's nothing that they could do for us. That was a little disappointing given what their line of work is. Overall, I would give them a C. Part of it was good and part of it was terrible. The work that was done was fine. Again, the location of it wasn't clearly explained to us. We were sort of surprised at it. The rainstorms that we've had, we haven't had water in that area that they did do the work in. So that's been good. They were fine on the phone. He was a little bit gruff and not really too terribly personable. He wasn't rude in any way. He was nice enough. Their punctuality and cleanliness were excellent. I'm sure they take care of ordinary situations well. I guess ours was just a bit extraordinary.
They came when they said. Their price was what they said. They were very courteous and clean and very professional. I would give them an A. They put an interior waterproofing system inside the basement of a single family home.
