We had a great experience working with Brock, Shawn and the entire team at BH Design + Build. I was very familiar with their work and knew they would do great job. They didn’t disappoint and brought our vision to life. The design center is a huge bonus that they provide; one you won’t get with many other builders. Being able to spend a couple hours there, seeing and choosing all the products that would be used in our project was fun and way less stressful than trying to figure that out on our own. We love our “new” house!

BH has been our go-to for 2 house renovations and we are already planning our basement renovation soon. Every person I have worked with has been attentive, responsive and on time. Lead Source - I heard about them from the excellent work they have done for me before.

We have used BH Design for several significant projects at our house. An attic conversion into a bedroom on top of our garage + finishing of a 1,000 sqf basement + turning a master suite into a living room, bathroom and bed room. During the course of this, they have built two additional bathrooms and a brand new fireplace with chimney to our exact specifications. Needless to say, we are more than happy with the workmanship and trust these guys to do what they promise and walk through our house without constant supervision. Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with everything! This is the fourth project they have done for me, and I wouldn't hire anyone else.

The people at BH have a great vision for what can be done. Ben, Brock, John and Lew also have the skills to make it a reality. We will be calling them back to do an additional project we had in mind.

They should be a 5, 6, or 7 rating - a 4 wasn't good enough! They did much better than a 4!

Overall it was a very good experience. The schedule was followed and the project manager was very good to work with.

We searched for contractors who were quality contractors but also budget friendly. We finally came upon BH Design + Build and my wife and I both knew we found the contractor we wanted. I wish I would have known that we didn't need to spend extra money on an architect and used their in-house design team...o well, lesson learned. They were great to work with from the beginning and were very conscious of staying on budget. Great communication. When we had questions or needed something addressed they were quick to get on it. Our project was a pretty big one and they handled it smoothly. Their employees and subcontractors were very kind to us and our kids during the long process which helped a lot. Things turned out exactly how we envisioned them. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful company to deal with. Ben and crew offer a professional and complete service, their quality is very good and their prices really are fair. We have used them for other projects in the past, so I know their quality of work. For this project, we got 3 quotes and they were the lowest and the most professional (artist rendition of completed project, design center to choose all options, well dressed and well spoken, understood and addressed concerns, etc).

We are thrilled that we found Ben, Brock and the team from BH Design + Build for our basement remodel which turned out better than we could have expected.
