I was very happy with the recent service. Some other providers simply tried to sell a sump pump, but Basement Water Proofing specialty worked hard to identify and address external root causes. They dug out and waterproofed a critical section of external wall, corrected landscaping slope, and cleaned up so well that it was hard to tell anyone had just been there. We have had multiple large rainstorms since, and the basement has been completely dry. Excellent expertise, timeliness and courtesy. Highly recommended.

They brought out their own specialist, who was able to remove and put back in place every piece of the pavers. That went above and beyond. They had someone with expertise for every part of the job. THE MAJOR CONCERN i HAD WHICH WAS MOLD AND MILDEW STAINS ON MY WALLS ARE BACK AS THEY WERE.

They were here to evaluate how to waterproof and after spending a lot of money I probably got over 300 gallons of water in my house on September 1st. There was not a lot of rain in my area, We only have about 3 inches here. The foundation wall on the side that they waterproofed is only 3 feet deep and they ran piping.

They did very good work in a short period of time and I was well pleased.

Even after Ida came swirling into town we didn't even have a drop of water in our crawlspace. Prior to the waterproofing we always had water.

I had a problem, but they did come back and resolve it. I think it was the salesman that didn't fully understand the problem. The foreman on the job and the workers took care of it for me and did a great job. I was ultimately satisfied in the end.

They had to keep coming back because they would fix things and it would still not be 100 percent correct. Even now the concrete is cracked up and is leaking. I didn't even call them back. They tried to say it was something else.

If I was going to recommend someone to do the work, I would warn them about collateral damage. It took me two weeks after I took the film in to get them developed, but once I get the pictures I am sending them in. I spoke to Mark about the damage to the walls in the garage and hallway. He was supposed to get back to me, and I never heard another word from him. The walls need to be filled in to make the surface even. I was going to paint them myself, but now with the walls being like that I can't paint it myself. I have to hire a painter to do the walls. There are curls on the wall.

We are not satisfied with the job that was done and no response back from the company.

I was supposed to have in done in two days. They completed the job in one day. There was a lot of problems. I had to call twice. I would not recommend the company.

I had a complaint. They did not take any action. They did not call me. They forgot about me. There was no service after sale.

They did great. The first sales guy they sent out gave us the wrong information and pitched us too high but then they continued to follow up until we agreed to have them send over a more senior person and that person gave us a solution that we needed at a reasonable price. The team came in, they were professional, and got it done on time. They installed a sump pump into our foundation so they also sucked up some water that was already in our foundation and then they ran the pipe for the sump pump under the concrete of our driveway to pump the water out to an area that was easier to drain. I'd give them an A-.

The person who booked us work, he explained something to me which did not match with the people who were working over here, over my two properties. Then we had to go back and forth like, why they're doing this, it should be done like this, this is how they're supposed to explain and that was it. We had to take a part for both of the places. And then both of the guys were working at the location, they said they were much more experienced than anybody else so I didn't like that. They did just waterproofing. The company was good. I would say A. They did a good job, it's not that. But they were doing it in their own way of doing it. They didn't do it exactly the way I was explained.

My experience was negative and I have hired a lawyer. The work is completed. We are dealing with some very negative things right now. The system doesn't work so that's why I've had to hire a lawyer. It's going to be a long time coming before we come to any resolution. I would never ever, ever recommend them. I'd give them a F.

Everything seemed to be done pretty alright. They did waterproofing. I'd give them a B+. There was an issue, but so far it hasn't made a difference. Punctuality was pretty good.
