Greg and his team, John and Creed, are true professionals who take pride in their excellent work. They are willing to work interactively with the owner to answer any questions, explain steps in the building process, explore options, and obtain owner preferences. They are hard working, meticulous, respectful, and share a good sense of humor.

We were extremely happy with Bassett Home Services through a recent renovation project. The entire process was easy from start to finish (scoping the project all the way through close out and clean up). Not only did the finished project meet our needs, I had to take note on how clean and tidy the crew were throughout the entire build. We have used a good amount of contractors while owning homes, and Bassett was far and away the most professional and cleanest of the bunch. Very likely to recommend to others.

Greg and his crew showed up on time, every day, worked thru obstacles like covid, snow and loss of power, supply chain delays, etc. He is very detailed oriented, yet very laid back and communicates often and regularly.
