After the bad experience we had with our kitchen remodel, we were not sure who to use for our bathroom so we went to Home Depot. They suggested Bath Makeover of Arkansas, a local company, so we got an estimate from them. I liked their price and the sales person, I liked even more that Home Depot was going to guarantee the work if there were any issues. There was a small delay with a shower door but overall it was a good experience.

We started this process in Aril 2022 and finally finished in October 2022. Though the quality of the actual products provided by Bath Makeover of Arkansas seems to be fine, And as they pointed out several times they did fulfill the contract, I can't say the same for their workmanship. The lack of communication from Josh the Operation manager and Ron the owner was very disappointing along with the lack of costumer support. Not returning calls for weeks at a time was ridiculous and bad costumer support on the company’s part.
