Overall, I was more than happy with my experience. They did an attached garage with an upstairs living space. I had my main house done by a different company, and it was a horrible experience. When I had Bay to Beach Builders do the extension, I was so pleased. I wish I had had them do the main house.

We would not feel comfortable recommending Bay to Beach builders based on the experience we had. The list of problems and dissatisfaction is too long to express here. We would be glad to communicate the entire list to anyone that wants to hear it. Sadly no one form Bay to Beach seems to care about resolving any issues. You would have thought the owner would like to hear about the way his company reputation is being tarnished but apparently not as we actually requested a call from them and have heard nothing.

I would recommend Bay to Beach Builders for anyone interested in building some of the in house plans they advertise. We built a custom home and we are happy with the end result. There were some hiccups along the way because I think the crew is very accustomed to their normal plans.

I am happy with their customer service at this time, and they are responsive and do build a good home. I have only been my house a couple of months.

My husband and I have built 30 homes in our lifetime for ourselves and others. We can't speak more highly of Bay to Beach. They were outstanding. We know how difficult it is to build a home. They did a fantastic job!

They are a great builder. For example, John, went to the bank for me and took care of some business. They treated us like family

We choose B2B because of the Amish craftsmanship, local location, reputation and the ability to customize our home. We encountered a few issues which were mostly minor and were addressed fairly quickly and easily. Given the unprecedented times we all have been experiencing, our build timing was pretty darn close to schedule. Our sales consultant Kim, went above and beyond and super responsive. Once construction started our project super constantly communicated and always responsive for which we are grateful and would recommend B2B to others.

You won’t find a better builder around. I work in new homes constantly for work and Bay To Beach is by far the better builders around. Wouldn’t look anywhere else.

I have already recommended a friend and they have contracted for a new home. Recommended another friend who will most likely use Bay to Beach. They were very impressed with the quality construction of my home.

There were many errors made during construction which made for a tense build. The ordering department made numerous mistakes. Wrong cabinet style, wrong hardware, wrong color sink in master bathroom. No seat was built in the tile shower. Then it was installed 5 inches too low and had to be redone. Draw vents facing the wrong direction. Had to keep on top of things so the mistakes were corrected quickly. The problem was that I was the one that had to find all of these errors. They weren’t caught by the ones doing the work. The house was pre-wired for cable, but they didn’t have the cable pulled from the pole to the house so the cable company could hook it up. The site supervisor came back to drill the hole in the house to pull the cable through so it could be hooked up. I had to coordinate with the power company and set up everything. The electrical contractor then held up getting the power connected for 5 weeks because the dumpster in the driveway was in their way to dig the trench.

This was the smoothest, most professional experience for us. We tell everyone about our wonderful experience AND about the quality and value of the product BTBB puts out. We love our new home

My experience with Bay to Beach has been phenomenal! Absolutely 100% recommend them to everyone! There was never a time when I was left in the dark about anything! Rob my sales rep listened to my every want and concern. He made sure I had a clear understanding and we were not 1 penny off from what was quoted. My assigned site supervisor Jason Fodi can’t possibly be paid what he’s worth!! I knew every week what to expect! He was knowledgeable and super patient with me.
