Beautiful material, and a great installation. Alex Zavala ran a great crew, and they finished sooner than I expected them to. Kayla Mecham was a big help in the selection and pricing. If I had it to do over, I would use the same people. One word of warning: the fumes from the epoxy set off my 14-year-old carbon monoxide detectors about an hour after they left!

Remodeling a kitchen is stressful even when everything goes right. But when you think you have granite countertops lined up and it falls through (our fault.....we changed our minds) it gets distressing! One call to Li and 30 minutes later we had a bid that was well within our budget. Li walked us through every step and took all the stress out. Questions were answered, concerns addressed, installation was professional and beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Li Mancini and the team! I was recommended to Bedrock by my parents for a granite kitchen countertop I was wanting. I decided I would look around into pricing thinking I would find some place that would save me money. I think I literally talked to every location in Utah that sells granite! At the end of all my research Bedrock was BY FAR the best price, the friendliest employees (that did not push or try to rush me. Li was SO patient with me as I took so long to make a decision.), awesome showroom with great options and I feel like I was helped above and beyond to make sure I would be happy. The installers were so friendly and they did an amazing job very quickly! I LOVE my new countertop. I would recommend you to anyone and tell them to save their time shopping around and just go to them to get the best job for the best price.

Bedrock is more organized than other similar companies. We had a snag on one of our counters and they took care of it. My only complaint is that they are too busy and I felt like they should have squeezed us in since the mistake wasn't mine. The showroom is great and the ladies there are very helpful!

Bedrock Quartz is one of the best contractors out there. They were willing to work with me and give me suggestions and ways to help me save money. The quality of their work is the best I have seen. Steve always returned my calls and was mindful of my time. Bedrock Quartz is the only contractor on my job that did what they would say and be there when they said they would. Dusty gave many ideas and suggestions to make my counter tops have less seams and has to abilty to use as much product as possible. My experience with Bedrock has been nothing but fantastic.

From the moment I met Michelle at the showroom, she took a strong interest in helping me. She gave me her cell number so I could call her at anytime. She called ahead to the supplier to advise I was on the way. Once I found the stone I called her from the warehouse and she had it reserved before I even made it back to the front desk. I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and timeliness of this company. Everyone I worked with was amazing and so patient with me as I changed my mind 3 to 4 different times on what I wanted. They explained the pros and cons of every choice and helped me decide on something I am completely happy with. Everyone along the journey was amazing, from the sales staff to the installers. There were a few bumps along the way but in the end everything turned out wonderful and I am happy with the granite. The backsplash people Four Square were very efficient also and did a great job.

Our project is yet to be completed, which is rather disappointing seeing that our countertops were initially installed well over 2 weeks ago. While our sales associate has been responsive and helpful, we have had several issues with install from pieces being cut incorrectly to streaking and scratches. We are currently waiting for someone from quality control to come and assess the blemishes on our installed countertops. I am surprised I was sent a survey prior to the project actually being completed.

Bedrock Quartz is growing so quickly, some customers fall through the cracks. It's really awful the way you pay a 60% deposit after you've agreed on a timeline & THEN they push and push it back. It was a horrible experience, and my job is still unfinished.

The product is beautiful. That was after my wife had to force the installers to correct some shoddy finish work. The follow through from the sales person seems to be the source of all the dissatisfaction from this interaction. Everything has to go through him apparently, and it appears that this was the source of issues. He failed to return calls, and most text messages. When he did return a text, the info was incorrect. I think the trick is to get the right sales person, as the office staff was very helpful and professional.

I went into the showroom with a lot of questions about the different kind of products and their serviceability of each. Steve took the time to explain and answered each of my concerns. We scheduled the time for the counter tops to be installed and they met the time schedule. Both the template man and the installers were efficient and did an excellent job. I wondered how the couple of cut outs around the edges would look. WOW they turned out perfect. I was very pleased that they cleaned up after themselves. That doesn't always happen!!! I love the countertops, and my granite sink. I couldn't be more pleased and happy.From Steve, office staff and the installers earned an A+ from me. As a Realtor I often get asked where do I go for a great product, reasonable priced and excellent service. Yes, Bedrock will be at the top of my recommendation list, as they delivered as promised.
