Bob was welcoming from the moment we walked in to a model at Copper Ridge. He answered so many of our questions as first time home builders. Bob was always willing and available to answer questions and provide resources, even at times when we wouldn't expect a prompt response. Natalie did an incredible job helping us design our beautiful home. She was very patient with us and saw our visions for our home design. The selection options were everything we'd select for our home and more! Chris was very accommodating and helpful during the walk-thoughs and final pre-closing stages. Jenny was professional assisting with a smooth closing and also very responsive.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Natalie does a great job staging and decorating the homes. Our Sorrento model is beautiful and was cleaned very well at move in. We feel the home is well built and we hope to enjoy it in years to come.

Beechen & Dill provided a superior home building experience compared to other builders we've worked with in the past. They were great to work with. Their process is organized and efficient. They communicated with us at regular intervals on the status of our home build. We always knew what was expected of us. They used high quality materials, and their workmanship was excellent. The Design Center made the selection process easier than traveling to multiple vendors to see products. The team (Bob, Katy, Natalie, Joe and Chris) was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely build another home with Beechen & Dill and will highly recommend them to others.

Recognized Excellence - Bob and Katy were wonderful to work with, especially during the initial contracting process. We asked Bob many questions and he never got tired of answering them. He always greeted us with a smile. Natalie was a dream to work with. She has a great design eye and makes the selection process easy. It was wonderful to discuss ideas with her and we had utmost confidence that she would guide us in designing a beautiful home. Chris and Joe walked us through the pre-construction, pre-drywall and new homeowner orientation meetings flawlessly. They answered all of our questions and were quick with follow-up. Joe even dropped off the keys to our mailbox once it was installed!

Quality of materials is very high. Communication was excellent and all of our questions (we had a lot) to everyone were answered quickly. Very professional and easy to deal with. House turned out beautiful and was everything we imagined it would be. Lots of small touches and attention to detail that improves quality of life. Can tell a lot of effort and thought goes into refining and perfecting your process. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

He listened to us and made some suggestions and accommodations based on our concerns and questions. Natalie Garcia was a professional who helped us choose the myriad of design choices, which were at times overwhelming in number. She was patient and we never felt rushed. Joe Rice, the construction manager, was and is attentive to everything. His response time getting back to us is timely. He will be a true asset to the homeowner after they move into the home. He has been for us.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my beautiful new townhome from Beechen & Dill. As an out- of- state buyer with only six weeks until my home was to be sold , I had a tight schedule. I was so happy to meet Bernadette Ligas in the model sales office at Copper Ridge. From my first encounter with her until after my move in she was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, supportive, and encouraging. The whole buying process was easy because of her professionalism and personality.

Since I lived in Tennessee, he twice met with my local son to go over the property and to provide information I should know. We have a great home, and probably did "included" package items for over half of the interior.

We moved to a single-family home from a condo in the city, and they were great in showing us all the things we need to know about having a house for the first time. Natalie Garcia was great for the selection process; she kept us excited and on track to make wonderful selections.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The attorney we used for closing was very impressed by Beechen & Dill, including how easy their process was. We did nearly the whole transaction without an attorney because of the excellent process, and saved money by only bringing in an attorney at the end because we wanted one for closing with the title company. We hired an independent home inspector for a final review because everybody says that's best practice; the home inspector was extremely impressed and complimentary of the work by Beechen & Dill, he literally found nothing in his entire report to recommend for fix or adjusting. The sales team was also helpful post-transaction with recommendations; for example we used their recommendation for window treatments and got amazing, app-controlled shading that didn't cost a fortune.
