I had a wonderful experience purchasing my beautiful new townhome from Beechen & Dill. As an out- of- state buyer with only six weeks until my home was to be sold , I had a tight schedule. I was so happy to meet Bernadette Ligas in the model sales office at Copper Ridge. From my first encounter with her until after my move in she was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, supportive, and encouraging. The whole buying process was easy because of her professionalism and personality.

We moved to a single-family home from a condo in the city, and they were great in showing us all the things we need to know about having a house for the first time. Natalie Garcia was great for the selection process; she kept us excited and on track to make wonderful selections.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The attorney we used for closing was very impressed by Beechen & Dill, including how easy their process was. We did nearly the whole transaction without an attorney because of the excellent process, and saved money by only bringing in an attorney at the end because we wanted one for closing with the title company. We hired an independent home inspector for a final review because everybody says that's best practice; the home inspector was extremely impressed and complimentary of the work by Beechen & Dill, he literally found nothing in his entire report to recommend for fix or adjusting. The sales team was also helpful post-transaction with recommendations; for example we used their recommendation for window treatments and got amazing, app-controlled shading that didn't cost a fortune.

Each individual we worked with including Bob, Natalie, Joe, and Chris was very knowledgeable, communicated well, prompt in their replies, and friendly. He provided realistic expectations, checked in frequently with updates, and was a pleasure to work with throughout the build. Natalie helped us navigate through the design process tremendously and we love the way the home turned out! We met with Joe at the start of the actual construction and he was very informative about what to expect, as well as provided us with a good amount of detail regarding the property and construction process. Beechen & Dill have been wonderful throughout our home buying and building process. Bernadette Ligas went above and beyond in making sure our expectations were met and helped us in our choices. She showed us (many times!) different completed models and spec homes so that we could see "in real life" what our choices might look like. Designer Natalie Garcia was also wonderful to work with and helped us with designing our new home and ensuring our choices would look polished, professional and within our budget. Both Bernadette and Natalie are invested in our new area becoming a true community by hosting owner parties so that we can meet other people in our new subdivision. Chris Kitchin, Building superintendent, has been great in ensuring our home meets all of our expectations and getting the couple of punch-list items completed. They even completed our home a couple of weeks BEFORE we expected! We have been extremely pleased throughout our whole process - thank you, Beechen & Dill!
