They communicated with us at regular intervals on the status of our home build. We always knew what was expected of us. They used high quality materials, and their workmanship was excellent. The Design Center made the selection process easier than traveling to multiple vendors to see products. The team (Bob, Katy, Natalie, Joe and Chris) was very friendly and accommodating. Areas Of Satisfaction - The attorney we used for closing was very impressed by Beechen & Dill, including how easy their process was. We did nearly the whole transaction without an attorney because of the excellent process, and saved money by only bringing in an attorney at the end because we wanted one for closing with the title company. We hired an independent home inspector for a final review because everybody says that's best practice; the home inspector was extremely impressed and complimentary of the work by Beechen & Dill, he literally found nothing in his entire report to recommend for fix or adjusting. The sales team was also helpful post-transaction with recommendations; for example we used their recommendation for window treatments and got amazing, app-controlled shading that didn't cost a fortune.

Beechen & Dill have been wonderful throughout our home buying and building process. Bernadette Ligas went above and beyond in making sure our expectations were met and helped us in our choices. She showed us (many times!) different completed models and spec homes so that we could see "in real life" what our choices might look like. Designer Natalie Garcia was also wonderful to work with and helped us with designing our new home and ensuring our choices would look polished, professional and within our budget. Both Bernadette and Natalie are invested in our new area becoming a true community by hosting owner parties so that we can meet other people in our new subdivision. Chris Kitchin, Building superintendent, has been great in ensuring our home meets all of our expectations and getting the couple of punch-list items completed.
