There were incompletions upon move-in. The completion process with Bella Vista Homes has been frustrating.
We feel we made a mistake by choosing Bellavista and will not be referring to any friends or family. We were lied to several times throughout the process and still dealing with malfunctioning and damaged material from the poor quality build. Overall a very stressful, expensive experience while most of our friends chose different builders and received outstanding service and build quality.
My experience so far is horrible. My homes completion date keeps getting pushed back. Very disappointment with this builder.
Taking forever to build my house
Great overall
6 weeks later I'm still waiting on repairs to be corrected and dishwasher doesn't dry the dishes.
We are pleased with our house for sure, but I do think as buyers, we are easier than many of others I know would be. There are certain aspects of the process and the company’s communication and organizational skills needs improvement before I would feel confident recommending Bella Vista to friends or family.
The quality feels builder grade. The layout leaves a lot to be desired.
Ray Melima who helped us onsite was very polite and respectful. Ray made the process very enjoyable and kept the atmosphere very professional.
I have already recommended two friends to buy homes in the same community that Bella Vista Homes is at. The value is great.
Bella Vista Homes has been helpful, attentive, and answered all of my questions. They have been on top of things and are awesome at responding to everything, so that was a plus for me.
I have been in construction myself since 1988 and the quality of the homes that Bella Vista Homes are building is great. The structure of the homes are made and designed really well.
Art and Mariano were both extremely professional and cordial. They had a lot of knowledge about the market, and made it simple and easy.
I havnt had a lot of interaction with the staff I meet Josh he seem pretty friendly
Our experience has been great. I love the layout design of our home. I am a bit disappointed with carelessness of finish work though. Also, the house wasn’t cleaned in a professional manner in the way we were told it would. For those reasons, I am neutral and would tell a potential buyer of Bella Vista of such.
Beautiful homes for great prices. I highly recommend Cesario at Green Lake Meadows!!
The work is rushed and lots of details missed.
They are great houses for a reasonable price, and it is a great community to live in.
It was a good process from beginning to end, Art J. was able to get us into a home even after our initial setback. Good team all around, good communication, and it all leads to our beautiful home! Thank you to the Cinco Lakes-Bella Vista team!
Haven’t even started the build process, and already have had several issues. This is my second time building a home and have had multiple issues and being let down.
I love the home. I'd recommend it to anyone interested in new construction.
from my sales person to the construction manager, they were there for me any time I had a question. they took time to answer and never made me feel like a bother. I really appreciate everything that was done to get me into my first home
Buying a home remotely was difficult. Several items were misrepresented in a virtual environment. Like showing home upgrades that did not exist in the home that was purchased.
They are very helpful and assisted me with all my questions. They have good customer service and are very friendly even for customers out of state, such as myself.
They handled the building of my home with me completely out of state. The home was done to satisfaction,
The sales representative all the way to the Construction Manager manager were great and followed up really well on our project.
Homes are beautiful.
The only thing I didn't like about Bella Vista homes was that I was not able to choose how I wanted the home built. Such as I really wanted a walk in shower but because each lot has its own plans on how the home is built and what it comes with inside of it I couldn't.
I like their floor plans and quality of the building.
Excellent team to work with
Overall they were helpful, easy to work with, and the communication was good.
It took so long for the house to be built and they keep changing my date on completion project started in october the said done in feb and now may. this is my only hangup i cannot get into the house
Poor Quality work throughout
Have not yet had enough data points to make a determination
I love the design and storage of the Berkley home
My managers were great. Toro was great. The construction managers were great. The trade subcontractors were not the best. The work was not up to par when you are spending over $300,000.
Their design is very good. The execution is hit or miss. The staff is very friendly.
I am very satisfied with the sales person that I worked with through Bella Vista Homes.
Andrea was fantastic. She went out of her way to help me and to do what needed to be done to keep me satisfied.
We were impressed with the videos we saw and liked the extra touches that are usually only seen in more customized homes.
The entire experience was awesome. Brett and Kyle were great at keeping me updated and are great assets to your company.
They have bad customer service and their follow-up is horrible.
Toro Mata was very professional.
They were not trying to force us into a home, but made sure we were doing what was best for our family. Everyone has done a great job and their customer service has really stood out.
I would recommend them.
My builder was really great and super friendly. He fixed things on the spot when we did walk-throughs.
After moving in we noticed a few things that had not been taken care of from the last walk through and a few extra things that had not been apparent during the walk through. None of these items were "major", but still we wanted them fixed/addressed. I sent an email to the construction manager Josh describing the items we were concerned about and we NEVER received a response what so ever. The amount of money one pays for a home is NOT chump change, and although prior to closing our experience with Josh was fine, to be ignored after the sale is over is pretty disturbing. Especially when he promised he'd get window screens put back on since they were somehow missing during the walk through. No body wants to be ignored and no one should feel like they're just another number/sale.
First, they were dishonest. They kept telling us to refer to our contract. I am in the military, and the sales representative and our realtor were told exactly what we were looking for. They recommended a house, ad they said it would be completed around the time I was going to be down here. I come down there and not only is it not done, but its was not done for months. When I asked them what are they going to do for us, because of the inconsistency. They said they would not do anything about it because it wasn't their fault. I said okay so you want me to go find someplace to live because yall didn't uphold your part. They responded by saying well the contract says that it could be delayed. I know what the delays are but this is months. They said on the 31st of February we should be closing, but now they are staying it going to be the end of April. That is huge delay. They didn't want to do anything at first, and that it was not their fault. I said okay, not good. They said if we do not like what is going on we could just get a refund and we could go something else. Our building manager was horrible at following up with us. They said hey from now on we will update you every Monday and then Monday comes by and nothing. Then we are like hey what is the update, instead of calling about updates they just send a small text. It's upsetting because they do not follow up. Last week, we were supposed to have our countertops and plumbing done, but he said since they lost his email and they only have one vendor for that particular product now they have to push it out again to get it all done. Now it is getting push back another week or two. When you are trying to find a place to leave, and you are paying out of pocket, and they don't want to help you, that is really frustrating. Everyone from the president of the company to the vice president is saying that our house is a priority, but it doesn't seem like it. It just seems like a lot of fluff, telling us what they want to hear. I go to the home to see what has been done but nothing is done that week. They say oh yeah well this and that has happened, it's just the same stuff.
Bella Vista Homes made it an easy transition.
The house designs were great. The people were friendly and informative. Our meeting with them was above board. It was phenomenal!
