I would pick Bellweather time and time again, the professionalism, expertise, communication and genuine care for our project and home likely can't be matched. There will always be hidden issues when you open up walls of an home, they consistently made us aware of options and solutions to every finding. At the time of gathering punch list items they were meticulous at making sure no stone was unturned ensuring our complete satisfaction as we concluded the project. There's a sense of trust and respect throughout their entire company and it really shows in their work.

Overall, we had a good experience during deign and construction. We have been frustrated at the “post”-construction follow through. That’s why we rated 4 stars instead of 5.

We were very pleased with the experience working with Bellweather on our kitchen renovation. It was a space that I was sad to lose because it had probably the most character of any room in our small carriage house. We were pleased that our designers helped us replicate some of what I enjoyed in the original design.

As i've mentioned to the team throughout. I was disappointed by communication, clarity, and overall project management in the first half of what turned out to be an 18 month project from start to finish. I wouldn't NOT recommend BW but to be honest, i'm not sure that I would highly or strongly recommend them to others for this reason.

The entire team was a pleasure to work with! This was our first large project and we can now say that after almost two months of using our new space we absolutely love it! Looking back, the Design process felt a bit lengthy but the construction (a guest room/ home office addition) went fast. The Bellweather crew as well as their subcontractors were professional, polite and fun to work with. Sean, our Designer gave some really good advice throughout the process while paying attention to our "wants and needs". The result is a perfect room, filled by tons of natural light, that provides space for our home office needs and a place to sleep and hang out when guests are around. It was more than we wanted to spend but knowing it was done to perfection was worth it.

This is the second time we are working on a project with Bellweather, and we have recommended them to family and friends due to their exceptional quality of service.

Whole process was very organized and the communication and timeline was clear. During construction, our project manager Ryan was super involved and went above and beyond to ensure the execution went smoothly and do quality control. He stayed in close contact so we knew what was going on at all stages, and we were given lots of flexibility make changes as we went along.

Thus far (initial evaluation, full design and selection process, through final contract signing), BW has demonstrated a very high level of professionalism, forthrightness, patience, flexibility, and design talent. They know how to listen to the customer while nudging the process along at a brisk but not pressured pace. Through the at times anxiety provoking process, team members are introduced with specific expertise. They all seem to reflect a corporate atmosphere where competence accompanies an easy going demeanor and sense of humor.

Yes. I spent over 6 months trying to find both individuals and contractors who would be willing to take on my house project (historic-certified home needing a new roof, windows, masonry, AND a kitchen remodel). No one was able (or willing) to help me. They either lacked the necessary expertise, were out of my budget, didn't want to come downtown, or couldn't manage some aspect of the job. I was so relieved to finally talk to Will at BW and find a firm who not only had the experience required to work on historic homes, but could also be trusted to overhaul my kitchen at the same time. Though they did not come cheap, they are FAST and even during COVID, they have stuck to their time table. The construction site is immaculate and I know I can trust both them and every expert partner they work with. I know that in the end, my house will be gorgeous.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the process and design outcome. The team was great to work and collaborate with in finding creative solutions. I appreciated all the new ideas that gave the project a more exciting direction. I can trust BW to produce outstanding results.

We had Bellweather folks work on two projects in our 100 yr old home, and we were completely pleased with the results in both cases. The team at Bellweather are superb and conscientious communicators, super-friendly and professional. We recommend them without reservation.

We used Bellweather in the past for another project and were very impressed with the quality of their work. They were not just interested in getting the work complete and getting their money, they took such pride in making sure everything got done correctly. Since then, we have lived in 4 houses in the past 5 years (long story) seeing varying levels of workmanship by previous contractors. Some were beautiful and had top of the line finishes, but the work underneath was shoddy and required frequent fixing. Needless to say those houses had work done by companies other than Bellweather. Additional Comments - This was a very large addition and remodel and Bellweather worked very hard to keep us informed and keep the timeline going as planned. We ran into unexpected costs and issues, but overall always trusted that things would get resolved, and they did. From what we had heard about contractors in the Philadelphia area we were nervous about the process and they exceeded our expectations. One small thing I would recommend is the design team touching base occasionally as construction is underway ( maybe a once a month meeting with designer and project manager and client during a walk through or something like that).

Bellweather knows their stuff. Stephanie and Will were amazing during the design stage of our project. We were new to the design-build process and Will provided invaluable insight so we knew what to expect, and helped us to prioritize the project to work within our budget. Stephanie's vision, creativity, strategic thinking, and troubleshooting helped us to reconfigure our space to better suit our family's needs. They had to overcome some challenges with the space and did so without needing to sacrifice style or function. They are both brilliant, honest, and fun. We couldn't be happier to soon move into a home that far exceeds our expectations.
