Bercher is a Five Star builder. This is my ninth new home, no builder compares to this Company. Every phase of construction has been outstanding. Their design department is the best, product offerings are great, and our designer was so helpful offering her professional expertise. She made the process a success and it was fun. Everyone we have dealt with at Bercher has been great. Our project manager is on site every single day, he is experienced and makes sure every step of construction is complete and correct. He is on top of every phase and truly wants us to be a happy with the home.

The quality of Bercher Homes is second to none! Owners, supervisors and staff are so good at making sure every detail and follow through is the best a new or seasoned home buyer could hope to find. They make buying a home from them a pure joy!

After the experience I had with building my personal home with Bercher, I would not recommend them as a builder.

After moving to the Atlanta area in 2020, we quickly realized that Bercher Homes was one of the top builders in the area. The quality and attention to detail is outstanding. We are very happy with our home and would purchase again from them.

I would definitely recommend Bercher Homes! We had an amazing experience experience with everyone involved. Bercher Homes quality and attention to detail is top notch. They also have fantastic floorplans that make great use of all the square footage and maximize storage and space where it matters most. It was a very easy choice for us to choose Bercher.

Recognized Excellence - The design consultant was fabulous. She created a work of art, and I feel blessed that I get to wake up every day to this art. We broke down the designs into stages, and that was very helpful. It can get overwhelming trying to pick out different things. She creates something beautiful, and I am appreciative of her expertise in guiding me. I appreciate the owner of the company sending out an email during COVID to let us know that they were dealing with logistic shortages with supply. He explained why some homes would be late being built, and I am grateful that he took the time to be open and honest about the challenges the company was facing.

Additional Comments - I wanted to pass on a Thank you to the Bercher team. The overall process was smooth and we have been super pleased with the house. This is our 3rd house that we have built and this one has been far the best experience out of all three. Thank you to everyone that made that happen. Especially getting in the house 2 weeks early to allow for our kids to start school on 1st day from their new home. A huge plus!!!

Start to finish Bercher was a class act! Having recently built a home in another state I did not know the process could be as smooth as Bercher made it. From sales to design center to project manager to close and everyone in between a great experience.

Additional Comments - Bercher absolutely EXCEEDED our expectations. Having recently built a new home in another state our expectations were that we would have a good experience, typical for new home builds. To say that no stone was left unturned would be an understatement. From beginning to end we were kept informed in a timely manner of progress. The time frames from signing to completion were realistic. One unforeseen issue came up which was no fault of Bercher's. We were notified by our project manager Rick explaining the situation and that it would set our projected closing date out about 2 weeks. We greatly appreciated the notification as we would have never known of the issue if Bercher had not been transparent. Additionally, the issue had already been corrected when we were notified. We're hoping this will be our last move. But if we have to move again, we will seek out Bercher.

Overall Experience - Couldn't be happier, even 2 years later.

They build a very quality maid home. When I wanted to add custom options, they worked very well with me. Somethings I understand they didn’t want to necessarily go all the way because what if somebody cannot close when it’s time to buy and they have to recoup that money. But 95% of the things that I wanted done got done. They are definitely in the business of customer satisfaction from the initial contact to the end and the warranty is top notch in the end. No company is going to do everything that you want them to do because it’s money on both sides but Bercher made sure that they did 95 to 98% of the things that I wanted done. I would definitely recommend them to anybody that asked me about their home and I would like to use them in the future. I am definitely a customer for life and I have nothing bad to say about them.
