Bercher refused to repair major cracks in the Patio concrete. Offered to Caulk it and not repair. They did compensate with a $1,000 check. Sod was very poor quality. When replacing some dead SOD, they replaced patched with wrong grass. I had to have yard re Sodded at my own expense. Windows are very poor quality. Already having failures.

Having recently built a new home in another state our expectations were that we would have a good experience, typical for new home builds. To say that no stone was left unturned would be an understatement. From beginning to end we were kept informed in a timely manner of progress. The time frames from signing to completion were realistic. One unforeseen issue came up which was no fault of Bercher's. We were notified by our project manager Rick explaining the situation and that it would set our projected closing date out about 2 weeks. We greatly appreciated the notification as we would have never known of the issue if Bercher had not been transparent. Additionally, the issue had already been corrected when we were notified. We're hoping this will be our last move. But if we have to move again, we will seek out Bercher.

They build a very quality maid home. When I wanted to add custom options, they worked very well with me. Somethings I understand they didn’t want to necessarily go all the way because what if somebody cannot close when it’s time to buy and they have to recoup that money. But 95% of the things that I wanted done got done. They are definitely in the business of customer satisfaction from the initial contact to the end and the warranty is top notch in the end. No company is going to do everything that you want them to do because it’s money on both sides but Bercher made sure that they did 95 to 98% of the things that I wanted done. I would definitely recommend them to anybody that asked me about their home and I would like to use them in the future. I am definitely a customer for life and I have nothing bad to say about them.
