I have had 2 companies work for me through Best Pick. I am dealing with one of them now, and they do excellent work and try to accommodate your wants and needs. It seems as though you can get in touch with someone if you have a problem. A lot of companies are spread too thin. I had a roof replaced by someone that was not in Best Pick. He said it was because he had to pay and refused. I did not realize they had to pay. I found that he had good reviews with Angi for roof replacement, but when I committed myself to the project, there were other people in my neighborhood replacing their roofs. When my roof was done there was only one person doing it, and it leaked months later. You can't really depend on reviews. I want to be very confidential here, but I am finding that a lot of construction companies have people that have good reviews online while having problems.

Whenever we need something done around the house, we always check Best Pick Reports before choosing a company.

The companies listed in the publication maintain a higher standard. I've used multiple companies listed in the publications over the years. I've always been satisfied. I call multiple companies and compare their prices. I have not been disappointed.

In fact, I called them. There was a number on the back that I called because I had not gotten one. I called, and they made sure I was on the list to get the publication. I am on the mailing list to get them and don't have to call, which is great because I check it all the time.

There is a company in there that I need to call because I need a gutter. 
It is a great report, and I've told other people and looked up stuff for other people in there to tell them who are listed. So far, I have found out that they have been good references!

I have used Best Picks to find vendors for a decade now and found the vendors to be very dependable. I also found the information on the projects and options to solve problems very helpful.

I think most of the ratings are accurate. Some of the companies you should probably do a little extra research on.

There are many vendors to choose from. I am averse to a “best picks” list influencing consumers to only and always choose from a very short list.

I have used the Best Pick Reports for some work I had to do, and it was very helpful in providing me local contractors that could help and take care of my need.
