The work was very clean and the technicians were very respectful.

Our mishap could not have happened at a worse time than when the Covid-19 Pandemic hit which caused agreed schedules to be missed. We understood as so many places were closed down and as such it was hard to get materials and laborers to complete the job.

The basement was left in a mess, painting in the house I have a lot of touches up work blinds on windows are too small, indoor carpet they left pain all over it, the mess in the yard they left, left huge gallons of the stuff in my basement, the door to the basement was not large enough to bring the dryer threw, so the delivery people had to leave it, they did an ok job as far as somethings did, heat duck in the kitchen not hooked up, the house was left wide open after the fire for weeks then you put everything from inside of the house in the garage without even asking me to look and see if anything I wanted in it you threw out the thing in the garage after having dumpsters brought to the house and the was stuff in there that had nothing to do with the fire in the house I can say the guys that painted the outside of the house did an excelant job but there not the ones who left the paint all over the porch, so I rate the experance a ( 2 ) and will be selling it

the smoke smell partially left: however,only fresh paint killed the odor...one of the workers pulled out a heavy bookcase from against the wall to plug in the large fan(?) and never pushed the bookcase back!

I am dissatisfied with the mess they made by knocking out the power in my house and not paying the bill for the electrician who had to come out and repair things.

It took them a really long time to bring back my things from being cleaned, and they didn't even clean the interiors. They had to be sent out to another company. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

Honestly I am hard to impress, yet I would give these guys 10 stars if that was an option.

Blue River Restoration, specifically Tom and Jacob, was amazing to work with! When we did have the issues with the individuals that were subcontracted out Junior, their project manager, made sure everything was completed within the next couple of days. He was very forthcoming and timely with getting the project done!

Very slow

We had a fancy place that was damaged in a storm and they replaced the boards with inferior boards. Our boards were thicker to make them last longer. That was my only complaint.

They did good work and actually cleaned up after themselves.

They started a job, and never came back. I had to hire another company. They left my house with big machines running in my garage and my bathroom. They tore up my floor and didn't come back and do anything. They left my vanity in my garage for a month. The insurance company hired someone else because they didn't come out. The last thing they said to me is that they were on another big job in Ft. Wayne. When they finally sent someone, the guy that they sent was an estimator who didn't know what was going on. He came to pick up stuff, and they didn't pick up everything. They broke my garage. I had to pay $1200 to fix my garage. When they guy came, he really didn't know. I was getting too many different stories. They don't communicate well. They built a retaining wall in my house and left it there for a month. It was blocking my front door. It was a lot to deal with.

I was most satisfied with the quality of the work and how quickly they got here.

Blue River Redtoration Company was absolutely terrific! They were so professional, great at follow up and communication. The subcontractors did an excellent job and we would highly recommend them for any job you need. Our basement flooded and they did the water remediation, gutting and rebuilding all in a week.
