I am very satisfied. They have good quality houses and I was glad to get one of their homes, especially compared to other homes I looked at.

My wife and I have bought new built homes and exiting homes in the past, and we have never had a more aggravating experience. We would not recommend a Bob Ward Home to our family or friends.

Design of the home is lovely, and the process was for the most part smooth, although the date of the settlement was rushed. Keeping me informed with weekly phone calls was great. It would have been 5 stars, except for the condition of the home. See comments under "Clean."

We only get 10 minutes of hot water. I have reached out to them and have not gotten a response. The main floor bathroom and the choice room do not pump heat.

You really don't want a review from me. I am left with a laundry list of repairs, poor quality of workmanship, no quality control, and no attention to detail. The build process was not coordinated efficiently,sub contractors did not treat their job with respect, I have seen how they treat the homes that are being built now and I can see why mine is the way it is. To onload lumber and roof rafters, they literally dump the material on the ground covered with mud and stone and let it sit there for weeks. Skids of materials delivered properly and then intentionally knocked over, My home was a disaster on the week before walk through and not everything was fixed before I settled. Repairs on that list are still outstanding at the time of the first inspection and no one has taken the initiative to contact me to address the items listed. I have reached out by phone and by e mail with no response from the warranty manager. The condition of the back yard is a joke. Short cuts were taken and not identified or ignored. There is absolutely no chance for my back yard or front yard for that matter to look like a quality landscaped home without intervention. The longer they wait to address the issues that I have identified in writing, the worse it will get. Am I responsible to bare the expense to finish my brand new home. I think not. Ask me again when Bob Ward Homes addresses my concerns. You would think that at least the issues identified in the initial walk through would have been completely resolved before the 60 day walk through was conducted. Wouldn't you?
