In the early 2000's I hired Bowers to design and build an addition on our 1950's Home. I was so impressed with their collaboration I asked them back 2 more times. Now over 20 years later I am continually reminded of the superior quality and ageless design of these three projects. I have had friends who are architects comment on the room's design siting the balance of features and the seamless incorporation of the house's unique characteristics. Bowers completed an extensive renovation of our house a number of years ago. When we have had normal maintenance or other issues come up subsequently, they have continued to be more than willing to provide advice and assistance. We continue to recommend them highly.

We worked with Bowers Design Build on a major, down to the studs, renovation and expansion of our home in North Arlington. We were delighted with the plan that arose from BDB's collaborative design process, and with their ability to take our needs and suggestions into account in their design process and turn them into aesthetically pleasing and yet practical solutions for our housing needs. During construction, they were welcoming as we made nearly daily visits to the job site, which was wonderfully reassuring to us. And they finished the job within the agreed-upon budget, successfully, and ahead of schedule, which in our experience with builders is unprecedented. We (three generations of our family, now united in a renovated two family house) are delighted with the finished product--a beautiful and imaginatively designed house that fit perfectly to our family's needs.

We have already!

We hired Bowers Design Build (August 2016) to renovate our basement to create a modern laundry area, home gym/TV room and various sized closets for storage, and to complete other miscellaneous work which included a new gas fireplace insert in our living room. The project was completed on time and within budget. Through the design, contract and building phases, we found the Bowers team to be very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We were especially pleased with the site manager whose expertise helped create a high quality, versatile, new living space for our family.

We were very pleased with the work and the outcome of the project. We only wondered afterwards why we waited so long to do it.

This was our second project with Bowers, and we were very satisfied with the process and the results. The Bowers employees are uniformly nice people to deal with. If we have another home renovation project in the future, we will likely use Bowers Design Build. Although Bowers may cost a bit more, they make a home construction project as hassle-free as possible for the customer, and that is worth a lot.

Bowers is a top notch design and build company. They are creative, professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for remodeling or new builds.
