One thing that really attracted to me to them was everything was explained in detail what they were going to do, and the pricing reflected every single change order to exactly to what they said they would do. It was really easy to work with them on the fact that everything was explained exactly as it should have happened.

We contacted Breyer construction to replace our old composite decking with new composite decking due to some manufacturer defects. They were easy to deal with and had good recommendations to make the project go easy and help reduce our costs.

The work they performed as it relates to the building of our new deck was satisfactory in all respects. I'm very happy with the results. All their staff was very professional and competent and we were pleased with the final results. Breyer Construction uses the same excellence in everything, and we found they strive in all respects to live up to that model.

During the pre-plaining phase I showed Breyer how far I wanted my new deck to extend. I was given a mock diagram/ computer generated layout that mirrored what we spoke about with the actual dimensions listed below. I never personally measured because as the consumer I assumed it was correct. When they came to start the project I realized that it was approximately 2' shorter than I wanted. I brought it to Breyer's attention and was told to get what I thought I was getting it would cost me an additional $2,000. At that point, I wasn't willing to pay another $2,000 to get an additional 2' and had to settle for less than what I wanted.

Ryan and the crew were fantastic. I will recommend them to anyone.

Breyer Construction project was on time, as our contract stated. The entire team was professional and pleasant, from the initial meeting at our house to discuss our project, the office , project engineers to the technicians. They communicated everything step by step and was always available with answers to any questions we had. Our wooden steps were replaced leading up to our deck, the craftsmanship and quality is impeccable. We would hire Breyer Construction again without a doubt and would recommend them to anyone.

These folks showed up when they said they would, worked full days, and completed the project efficiently and professionally even during some tough weather. They left a clean job site every night and communicated well throughout the construction process. I would use them again.

Workmanship was excellent. However, the price was very high now that we had chance to compare with other local firms.

The finished deck doesn’t match the specs. The entire project ended up costing approximately $23,000. It should look like the picture.

They were great to work with in every aspect of the job. Our project was a complex deck replacement. Their breadth and depth of experience with building decks stood out when we were evaluating builders and played out as they handled every issue that came up during the process. We had Breyer Construction come out to give us a quote on a new composite deck. Helen was great to work with and sent us a quote with pictures of what our new deck would look like. Helen re-worked our quote to suit our needs with something more within our budget, but we ultimately decided to go with a different roof option and installer. She was a pleasure to work with and we will keep Breyer in mind for our next construction project. Their quote was very much in line with the others we got, she made great suggestions on placement of stairs and improvements to the layout, and Helen was the only one who wore a mask (during Covid-19), which was also appreciated.
