From quote to install great customer service, very professional and easy to work with. I am very happy with my front door, screen door and replacement window. Excellent work was done. I will be back for another door real soon.

I would recommend the company BUT comment on what our experience was. Again, we are very happy with the work and product but were disappointed that we had so many hiccups along the way. This is also the 10th survey request that I have been sent in the past 3 months. If you don't answer they apparently just keep on sending it.

Every thing was ok for 2 months. After that locking & unlocking became hard. The issue is still there. Waiting for the technician to come and fill. Long waiting time for the service call. Not worth for the price. I can buy a door for a fraction of this cost, may be style won't be great. When you charge too much for a door we expect the quality also, not just the looks.

The workmanship was excellent, however, the sales staff need to be more knowledgeable.

Brock replaced all our 19 windows and a patio door. Everything from the initial meeting at the Brampton showroom to the in-home sales visit from Brian to the installation by Harry and crew was an excellent experience. The staff at the Showroom were knowledgeable and answered all our questions so that when Brian arrived we were already on board. However, Brian was very instrumental in selecting the final exterior colour and the configuration of the windows.Harry and crew replaced all of our 19 windows and a patio door. Harry, Jorge and Giovanni arrived on time, with drop clothes, smiles and with a great attitude. They worked quickly, efficiently and with skill. They accommodated our minor modifications with ease and created a finished product that has already had inquires from our neighbours. Needless to say, we are elated with the entire service team from Brock.

I was overly pleased with the job they did, it was perfect.

The contract was written differently from what we paid. There was a mistake from the salesperson and we had to pay additional money.

I was very satisfied with the windows, they are beautiful, and just fantastic. Also the quality of the installation was great. They look unbelievable on my house, unbelievable.

Overall the quality of the windows are good. However I would highly recommend that they update their carbon copy way of doing business as this would've fixed the issue that we had. As a window was installed which was never on our original order; and it took a few months to resolve.

They were very sloppy and unprofessional.

Was very satisfied with our experience with Brock Doors and Windows from our initial discussions with Steve Morgan through to the completion of the job. The work team were highly effective and ensured as little disruption as possible during the 2 day work effort. They were highly organized and once they completed at the end of each day, you would never know they had been. Cleanup was very well done.

Brock Windows, did what was requested, what was stated on contract without any delay for install. Installers informed us of every step of the install. The installers were professional, detailed and efficient with the install. Would definitely recommend Brock to a friend for door or window install.

They didn't do a good job on the installation, he left the job site and windows dirty.

I would recommend they get better training for their crew and be better prepared for the job. I would also help if they were not in such a rush.

Worth the wait. Although our contract was signed in late summer, our install was first thing in the spring. Everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with at Brock, from sales to admin to installers were all wonderful human beings! On top of this, I am thrilled with quality and end result.

The door is great quality and looks excellent. My fear is that the after-service could be a concern for anyone if something goes wrong. I am not confident to recommend them as a result of this.

The Salesperson convinced us of Purchasing our Front Door which was overdue for replacement. They missed the first promised installation date, but did meet the second. The installation was done by a sub contractor and it appear upon completion that the job was well done, however in the hours after the crew left foam continued to extrude and required extensive clean up. Brock was advised and the made arrangements through the sub contractor to come and review. When he did not show we brought this to the attention of Brock with the additional complaint that the frame was cracking where the storm door was attached. Brock again advised their sub-contract. He called on Tuesday to say he would be by Saturday to review and on the phone indicated the door would have to be replaced again. He was a no show on Saturday and we continue to wait.

My experience with Brock Doors & Windows LTD was very good. I love my windows. They were ordered and installed in a timely manner and the workmanship of the installation crew was exceptional. Thanks to Mike and his crew.

I'm not sure on this item. We used Brock back in the mid-90's when we replaced ALL windows in our Toronto home and then again in early 2000's when we replaced all of our windows when we moved to Ajax. As a loyal customer I felt that my custom was not recognized in our most recent engaged with Brock. There were several commitments made on replacing windows and handles that did not happen.

This is because of all the little things, like I had to keep calling them. You have to call or your contractor has to call all the time. The communication was a little bit of a problem.

We love our new look windows!

I'd picked up the advertisement in a magazine and they were quick to get back to me and were there as soon as they had time to do the job.

I had two different jobs done by them. The first job went perfect. Then I had them come back and do my front door. That's where things were not done properly. I won't be so quick to recommend them now.

I would definitely use them again for work and recommend them to others.

Door was easy to install, good locking mechanism, and fabulous looks.

I really appreciated the knowledge of which they approached the windows and project with. I felt that they really were professional and that they were fast to work through the whole process.

I am very happy with them, I have other windows from them and they have held up great. I have had them for 15 years now.

I have installed the entrance door, several interior doors and two patio doors with Brock - including cutting interior and exterior walls - and was extremely satisfied each time. They even fixed a patio door installed by them 15 years ago -- it had developed a slight misalignment, but they got the replacement part (rollers) and sent in someone to fix it - for free. They said "It's our installation, this shouldn't have happened - tell us when can we come to fix it". Thanks again guys!

The guy that came was professional and helpful so we appreciated the time he took to explain it to us.

Brock window is absolutely incompetent and disastrous I will never have anything to do with this company again or say a good word about it to anyone, in fact I warn anyone I know to avoid them. The experience was painful and rude.
