The house that I am currently living in has had more problems with it than I would have expected for a new build.
They are very easy to work with, great response and quick action for any issues.
We had a great experience with Buffington. Everything went smoothly with no issues. It is obvious that Buffington takes pride in making quality homes and they care for their buyers.
The experience was smooth and we were kept well informed by Ron and Grant.
I have had a great experience with team Buffington. The entire process (contract signing, design, construction and closing) was seamless and the team was ready to help at any stage for questions I had. As a first time home owner, I’ve enjoyed building my home with Buffington and would recommend anyone in NWA to choose Buffington.
They were on point and helped me throughout the process.
Already have a friend and his daughter buying houses!
I would definitely recommend in the NWA area, 4.5 starts for sure. On-time or early delivery. There is little room for improvement as it looked like they in a rush to complete the house/community as quickly as possible and mising some fine details.
Everyone at Buffington was so helpful and quick to respond to us when we had any issues or problems, both during our build and afterwards.
We made a mistake, and they are still holding my money so that I can pay them in the manner they require. I cannot move into my home. I am not happy with them right now.
My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Buffington Homes. The entire process was a breeze for us. Our Field Manager, Grant, did an excellent job in this process and with answering all of our questions. Upon visiting, my family was impressed with the quality of the home. The homes are incredibly customizable, so we felt that we didn’t have to compromise on anything. Would highly recommend Buffington Homes to anyone looking to build in NWA.
Easy to work with. Communication during the build process was excellent.
I was provided false information multiple times during my purchase process. The first major issue was being shown the wrong lot and this not being corrected until almost closing.
The user experience and customer service are exceptional. All the commitments were fantastic and delivered in a timely fashion.
Overall, this experience has been
I have had the worst experience building with Buffington. I have had issues with the relators deciding
I have been a builder and involved in contracting for 40 + years. I can say Buffington Homes is the best that I have ever been around or involved with.
Building with Buffington was the best decision my husband and I made when we decided for a new home.
Jackie was wonderful to work with and Grant was also. I would refer friend to Jackie
I was very nervous about buying a new construction home after living in my current home for over 20 years. I was pleasantly surprised at the solid build quality of my new home, the thorough communication I received during the buying process, and the prompt attention and follow through I have received for any issues that have come up post-move in. I would highly recommend Buffington Homes!
Overall, we’re very happy so far, but there are a few design issues that we feel could have been done a little better for probably little or no increased cost to the builder. Some of these were corrected before closing at our request, some not or cannot be corrected.
Some interior trim issues, such as strike plates that were too short resulting in black marks on all door openings (replaced with extended ones by builder), large air return for HVAC in 14’ high kitchen ceiling (can’t be corrected at this point), outdoor in-wall hose outlets plastic instead of metal and one of the 2 located behind and in-between the compressors; no mower access to back yard because of landscaping plan and fence placement (this will have to be resolved at added cost to the buyer to allow for yard maintenance), dangerous angled concrete right outside of single garage door (not sure how to remedy) that could result in fall; garage doors installed too low and came across in doorway to garage from house (reinstalled at height allowing for clearance from house); mismatched sizes of base shoe and quarter round intersecting in highly visible areas (fixed). Unsightly and unwieldy attic access door in upstairs bedroom side wall. We feel that most of these issues could be resolved in the design phase, including review of the landscaping plans. (The landscaping is beautiful, but we need to be able to get to all of the grass.) The field manager remediated the items that he had control over.
Absolutely not. See additional comments
The quality is good.
Make sure your employees are well trained and know what they are selling. We are spending million dollars on the house, make sure right information is shared in the first place.
The sales process was very misleading and they did not deliver the property months after the original quoted date, costing me tens of thousands of additional dollars.
