Not only did Paul, Henry and the entire staff do excellent work, they exceeded our expectations by a lot. They worked very hard to help us refine the details of our build out and helped remediate some structural problems that we were unaware of. Ron, their master carpenter, is a total pro. He approached his craft with a zen-like quality that was awesome to behold. Radek, their electrician, worked quickly, efficiently and expertly. BV was totally up front with any change order costs. We could not be happier with the end results.

They worked closely with me on the design of my kitchen and then made it a reality with their talented, trustworthy, pleasant workers. I love the transformation!

Building Vision made us feel 100% confident in our choice very early on. They brought in the perfect architect for us, and she and they seemed trully interested in remodeling our home in a way that is both true to its style and history and to the way we wanted to live in it. They gave us lots of design choices (many better than what we came in with) and made sure we were comfortable with the budget. They communicated well, brought us in when necessary, and improved many things along the way that they knew would make the space better. Importantly, the work chugged along and rarely were there days when nobody was working -- including at the end, when I have heard from others that it can be hard to get those last few things done as people move on to new projects. These people take pride in their work and it shows. Everybody who comes into our house loves the workmanship and design (kitchen, bathrooms, walls taken out, major gutting and building).

We hired Building Vision to remodel our attic. The project involved installing skylights, a new ceiling, insulation, lighting, flooring, and painting. We couldn’t be more pleased with our decision to hire them. From the very beginning, Paul and his team conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. We had a lot of questions as this was the first remodeling project we had undertaken, and they were so responsive, explaining everything thoroughly and making sure we understood and were comfortable with the process. The Operations Coordinator stayed in close contact with us during the entire project, so we always knew what was going on, what was coming up next, and what decisions were needed from us. The people who did the work were very professional and nice. They were careful to protect neighboring rooms from dust and debris and cleaned everything up before they left each day. They asked questions about how we wanted certain things done, rather than just making assumptions. They also made great suggestions for how things should be done. We could tell they had a lot of experience and took pride in their work. The project took pretty much the same amount of time Building Vision estimated that it would take. We ended up paying slightly more than the original estimate, some of which was due to our decision to upgrade on a few items. Despite it costing more than the original estimate, they did keep us constantly updated on pricing changes. Overall, we thought the price was very reasonable. Most importantly, we love our new attic! The finished product exceeded our expectations. Everything was done with the highest quality and attention to detail. What used to be a room that we dreaded going into is now possibly our favorite room in the house! We wouldn’t hesitate to hire Building Vision in the future, and wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with Building Vision and their team. I was on the road during most of the construction, and was very comfortable leaving home knowing that I could trust Paul and his team to do a great job. My neighbors were very pleased with the professionalism and consideration shown by the Building Vision employees and subcontractors. Any cost over-runs were either tied to structural issues discovered once construction started (like windows with no headers!) or because I decided to upgrade during the project. I was kept well informed of any cost implications as decisions were made. I plan to use Building Vision when I upgrade the 2nd floor of my home.

Building Vision has deep and broad knowledge about various materials and cumminuates very effectively the different options at a level a average person can understand. This really helps us to make an informed decision. Building Vision's project management is also commendable.
