Built Square delivered the work they said they would, on time and on budget when considering factors outside their control, and did so with a demonstrated commitment to our satisfaction. Multiple minor issues were addressed when raised by us with no questions asked, they wanted to ensure the end result met our vision. In addition, the people were great to work with; courteous, friendly, and service oriented.

Not only was built square a great experience for our family while remodeling our basement, we can see they are continually improving in ways that are going to make it even better for the next family.

Our kitchen is beautiful & well done. We’re very happy with the finished product, and we appreciated their ability to respond to any issues we brought up during the work. Our weekly meetings made it easy to stay in communication, and ensure problems were dealt with before they progressed. We were also very impressed with their organization and planning prior to the on-site work beginning — it definitely helped us feel confident in the plan for our project.

We love their work and the entire team we worked with. We felt listened to and they felt more like a partner in the project than contractors.

We would recommend the Built Square for any complex project. They addressed all our concerns, and issues; were very helpful in assessment of the situation and finding the best solution. We would give the company five stars, if the project would be finished on time. That being said, we understand that Build Square doesn't have full control about time constrains of other contractors and companies they have to cooperate with.

Built Square completed a custom remodel of our master bathroom in 2018. The price was based on a fixed price bid with allowances for the fixtures and electrical work; the final price was within budget. Nathan and Jeff were friendly, honest, and easy to work with. They developed a plan consistent with our design ideas and accommodated multiple changes throughout the project. Jeff, the project superintendent, met with us weekly and did a good job of explaining what had happened since the last meeting and what to expect for the coming week. He also explained the cost implications of any decisions we were asked to make.

We had a great experience with everyone at Built Square and came out with a beautiful kitchen (along with a new set of stairs and french door in the dining room)!! They paid extra attention to the details, which there are a lot of in our 1908 crafftsman. Highly recommend these guys,

Built Square took fantastic care of us throughout our 9 week kitchen remodel, communicating with us each step of the way with weekly meetings, photo updates and emails/calls. Remodeling is known to be stressful, and my anxious husband and I were expecting an unpleasant experience with lots of expensive surprises. This was not the case with Built Square. Every employee was friendly, competent, patient with us, professional, and always willing to address any concerns we had. The budget was respected and staff would make great recommendations when decisions were hard to make. We are thrilled with the end result and plan on using Divven and his team for future remodeling projects.

And along came Built Square. I hired them for a bathroom renovation, and could not be happier with their professionalism, level of expertise, and quality of work. I worked with Built Square on a bathroom remodel and was happy with all aspects of my experience with them. Built Square completed a bathroom remodel and remodel of our family room and bedrooms. We had a tight timeline and they were thorough in planning such that we hit the timeline as planned. The quality of their work is superb and they helped us realize our dream bathroom and house. My house is beautiful and I'm happy to come home every day and see the work that Built Square did.

This was our first remodeling experience after having lived in our 1912 home for 12 years. Although we had ideas of our own, we relied on the expertise, experience, and vision of our contractor probably more than what was usual for a job of such scope (total remodel of kitchen and master bedroom, adding bathrooms/utility rooms which required extensive re-plumbing and re-wiring). There was some miscommunication about what we wanted (re-flooring a hallway), and some unexpected surprises that had to be addressed on the fly, and we couldn't move back in as soon as we would have liked, but the overall experience, and the final product, was excellent. Nathan and his crew were always pleasant and helpful and offered suggestions as needed, and any change to the original scope of the project was discussed with us at length, including costs and schedule.

We've owned more than half a dozen houses and condominiums over the years and have employed many contractors but none of them came close to the professionalism, care and good cheer of the Built Square team. Nathan helped with ideas, advice and recommendations from start to finish, was always quickly available, kept the schedule and costs in line with the budget, and had easy and cheerful solutions for the inevitable surprises. And his team members were craftsmen who clearly took pride in perfect work. There was no punchlist; that sums up the project. .

Based on our experience with Divven and Built Square with our bathroom remodel I would highly recommend Built Square as contractors. We were away for much of the work but communication through Divven was flawless, making sure we were kept appraised of everything and full of helpful suggestions when deciding on details. We have high standards for the quality we expect and they were met without question. Anything that was not quite right was fixed promptly and we couldn't be happier with the end result. All the employees were professional and courteous and Divven was an exemplary project manager. I would use Built Square again and don't hesitate to recommend them.
