Bought our spa from Dan. An indirect lighting strike hit us only months after getting our spa. Dan helped us through the process and kept us updated on the timeline. They got it ready to go right before the freezing temps start. I’m happy with the service so far.

After using other pool company’s in the metro area we found Central Iowa pool and Spa. From closing my pool in the winter to testing my water during the COVID 19 pandemic. Central Iowa pool and Spa has been there for me always friendly and helpful.

Mario & his team went above and beyond for us yesterday when they relocated our hot tub from southern IA to Des Moines! In freezing weather, they did everything necessary to get the tub up & running. We’ve had a pool & now the hot tub from CIPS and would recommend them wholeheartedly. This type of service you rarely see anymore.
