I only used Cherry Roofing because two of my coworkers had a wonderful experience with them several years prior to my project. Through the project, I would share my experiences with them. They are no longer recommending Cherry Roofing.

On time and quick

Highly recommended cherry roofing for there professional approach to the job, and coming in under budget.

I like the man who came out and worked with me on the roof. He was willing and polite and would work with me any way he could.

Cherry Roofing decided to "improve" on the Burg & Divosta design on our roof line without telling the owners of the building. Now our patios are useless during and for hours after a rainfall. Our patios flood, our balconies and front doors are waterfalls; all because Cherry decided that a lip on our roof (that had been present since the subdivision was designed and built) needed to be removed. We were told by Cherry that if they had not removed the lip on the new roofline that our warranty would not be valid. We find it odd that out of 56 buildings, we are the one with the lip-less roof.
I will say that our new roof does not leak.

I would not recommend this company. They did a sloppy job and left tar all over my driveway and side walk. They also charged me a significant amount over the agreement because they said they had to replace damaged wood. I also used them to repair a leak at another property which is still leaking.

They did very good work. The only problem was that there was a problem with the A/C on the roof. There were certain things from the A/C that were disconnected. I wasn't advised of it. I wish they would have told me about it so I could have the repairs done immediately.

We used Cherry Roofing 18 years ago. They were excellent then and that is why choose them again.

Cherry Roofing came out and was very professional and personable. Shortly after giving the green light, they had their workers up on the roof working hard within the next week.

There were only a couple of snafu's during the installation process, but they handled the situation quickly, professionally, and with class. My roof came out looking fantastic. It's been 6 months since the installation was finished and in extremely happy with how everything turned out!

I noticed some of the tiles on the roof weren't completely set. I can see them from the driveway. They aren't flushed with the other tiles. I did mention it to them. They really didn't give me an answer, and it wasn't resolved.

Cherry roofing is a company with integrity, they did a quick clean job and came back two years later for warranty work which was a small job but important to us.

They were on time, and they did what they said they will do. They didn't sleep on their job. Likewise, they come in, do their job and out. Furthermore, they were professional. Everything went pretty smooth. The owners (the wife included) and staff are nice as well.

We had an issue when Cherry Roofing fixed my neighbors adjoining roof. In order to remedy the situation Cherry Roofing worked with me and remedied the situation to my satisfaction though it was an out of pocket expense to them. This reflects integrity and a dedication not only to their particular paying customer but to the community at large. Though I was not the customer I'm able to recommend Cherry Roofing as a company with integrity and a dedication to quality as well as customer (and non-customer) service.

The process was simple and Bobby explained what would need to happen, and gave me options with recommendations. He partnered with us on the best option. The workers showed up on time and finished the repairs that day, and cleaned up everything.
