Pleasant experience from design to install. A few issues arose, but were quickly taken care of which is to be expected and all a customer can ask for.

I would recommend Choice cabinet KC. They were professional, great communicators and genuinely wanted to satisfy us. We love our remodeled kitchen!

I see the service as two different pieces. The installation was different than the cabinets themselves. I was very happy with the service from Carl and his design team. When it came to installing them, we had some issues with how they were installed.

I am likely to recommend Kitchenrenovation.com / Choice Cabinet KC to a friend. I give them 5 stars. The cabinets are beautiful.

We recently moved to Missouri and needed to renovate the house we purchased to make it wheelcair accessible for my elderly parents. We needed a kitchen that was open so I could cook and care for my parents. We got many estimates for cabines and countertops and chose Choice Cabinet KC. Karl worked very hard for us in designing the layout that would work best for our needs. He helped us with color choices, countertops and spacing. We had a very short deadline since we had to move my parents into the house quickly. He and the installers worked hard and although there were a few delays, we were able to get my parents in with a fully functional kitchen. The island is wonderful and opens up the whole house. The cabinets are beautiful and very well built. I absolutely love working in the new kitchen. The cabinets just make my day each time I look at them. Thanks Choice Cabinet KC and thanks Karl.

Work Done Right

Work Done Right - There was a misunderstanding and they brought the island counter and it was too big, they had to take it back and cut off 10 inches. Also the shelves on each side of the cabinets did not have anything holding them together so they had to put in a bar/brace that connected all the shelves together. I think everything else was done right.

Schedule

Schedule - the first date had to be changed because they were out of stock of our desired product choice, but second choice was good and they worked very hard to get it installed in the timeframe requested. The only delay was actually when they had to redo the island counter top.

Areas For Improvement - Only in the mixup on the island counter top and that was not Choice Cabinet but the Counter top people. The other was the shelves but they fixed it ok.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I love my cabinets and countertops. Choice Cabinet was easy to work with and very helpful in understanding everything and trying to work with our deadlines and requirements. I only wish he would have convinced me to put in pullouts and lazy susans in all the cabinets instead of just one. But that was my fault as I was trying to be frugal and save some money. I shouldn't have tried to save money at the expense of the pullouts. The cabinets and countertops are beautiful and we are very pleased with them.
