This was our second experience working with Citadel. We have used Citadel Enterprises for almost 20 years and they are consistently high quality and reliable. We haven't even considered using an alternative contractor for a project over the last 20 years because we like them so much.

Additional Comments - I purchased my home in Charleston in June 2005 and spent much of the last two years working with small, independent contractors and/or "handymen" to assist with a near complete renovation of the house. It was often frustrating, so when I was faced with a structural project, I did a lot of research to find a company I hoped would be able to do the work, do it correctly and leave me feeling confident that I wouldn't need to worry that things would go wrong at some point. I can't begin to express how pleased I am that I found Citadel Enterprises and that they did the work. It was like no other "contractor experience" I've ever had. Their business model centers on customer service and that's clear from the very first meeting with their business development person and remains so through contract closeout. I was kept informed throughout the project, they completed the work in a timely manner and under budget (wow!) and there's no evidence of them ever having been at my house, except that I no longer have the roof leaks or structural issues under my house! I have already recommended Citadel Enterprises to a number of friends and colleagues who have mentioned they have projects needing completion and I wouldn't hesitate to continue recommending them; Citadel Enterprises took what was a very stressful discovery in my house and turned it into a worry-free project, exceeding my expectations at every point in the process!
