Lightning quick install. Great communication

They completed things promptly, the guys were very thorough. Once the foundation was down it took them only one day to get it built, I am amazed.

Coach House made it easy. Everyone told me getting a garage built is cheap and easy. How hard can it be to get an detached oversized 2 car garage built? I found an architect and went back and forth with plans, lots of questions I had no answers for on materials, municipal codes, etc. etc. It was over my head, but stuck with him and paid for plans ($$$). Gave the plans to the contractor, thinking he'd know exactly how to pull this all together and get it done within our price range. Again, lots of back and forth and spinning wheels, and no garage.

I called Coach House and met with Dennis. He worked with us and had a plan almost immediately that fit our needs and budget. He had all the ducks in a row from the drawings, permits, time-frames, who was doing what on what day, status updates, etc etc. He answered any and every question we had. It was awesome.

And now....We have an amazing, rock solid garage. Honestly, my dream garage.

We love our Coach House garage! Mark worked with us several times to make it the work shed my husband wanted and the garden shed look I wanted for our back yard. His advice was invaluable, and he was very patient with us as we learned more options and made adjustments. The final garage/shed is just what we wanted!

The shed is very high quality, it was easy to work with all the staff that were involved in the planning, and construction of the shed and foundation.

We had a challenging build in the city and Dennis didn't shy away, and instead build us the perfect garage for our space. It was very cool to watch the build happen. It is a very well built product by very skilled people.

This is my second coach house and both experiences were equally satisfying, 20 hears apart.

If anyone would ask I will highly recommend Coach House. We are very pleased with our garage.

The time lag was a bit longer than anticipated. I thought it would be more timely. I'm still having an issue with an incomplete window. There needs to be a fourth window put in. There hasn't been a timely response to completing the project. We also paid in full, so it would be nice if they would put that window in.

Overall good experience with minor hiccups

Dennis was extremely helpful and made this a painless, impressively quick process. The final product is great and we love our new garage.

We had J blocks included in our contract that were not installed. The concrete in now only 2 months old and is already showing cracks.
I found wall studs with splintered wood. The sheetrock firewall that was required by code has tares and found several places were the nails missed and have no effect on construction.
