I was not told beforehand the the scrubbing process would open up many gaps that had been filled with putty or other filler. Given the high price paid, filling these gaps should not be left up to the customer.

I was very pleased with the work that was done. Kitchen floor had to be ripped up to sub floor. New hardwood floor was stained and woven into rest of floor. looks like it always has been there.

Colonial Floors / Sand Free has performed several projects with our firm (we are professional remodeling contractors) and I have always been very pleased with their degree of communication and detail concern. Their crews have interacted very favorably with our clients in their home. the finished work has always been beyond reproach. Their prices are higher than some others in the market, but their ability and willingness to meet their commitments has always been the value added which offsets their higher prices. In the home improvement business, one becomes accustomed to contractors doing mediocre work, communicating poorly or otherwise failing to meet their commitments. These are simply not an issue with Colonial Floors / Sand Free.
