Remodeling Concerns - One of our concerns was because one part of it was that we were getting a new oven right before Thanksgiving, so the old one had to be removed and we were waiting on the new one and the vendor was starting to not have it ready on time, so the construction manager went over there himself and spent a couple of hours there and made sure that he left with that oven on his truck and then he came here and put it in, so that we would have it before Thanksgiving because we were having a bunch of people over. I was getting worried about that, but they took care of it.

Sometimes you sign on the dotted line and you expect things to happen a certain way and it never happens the way that you expect it to, but they did everything exactly the way that they said that they would. I was concerned about one of the materials, so I sent a text to the construction manager at night and he texted me right back and answered that question. I like the strong personal relationships that last beyond the job.

Brad drew up plans, we got the yes vote and work began. The last thing Cruickshank did for me was a balcony and installing five new windows and making two windows into doors to balcony. I was out of town and received pictures every day of progress! When I got home what a beautiful thing! No surprise as I knew work would be perfect.
