My wife and I used Custom Kitchen for a complete kitchen remodel. The real challenge in this project was, my wife and I have a problem making "final decisions". Kyle spent a lot of time getting to know us and what we envisioned as a completed kitchen. Kyle and Laura both possess the leadership skills and knowledge to lead us through each of these difficult decisions of flooring, cabinets, counter top, paint colors, etc. We used all of Custom Kitchens tradesmen from demolition to completion. All of the tradesmen were courteous, neat and highly skilled. The tradesmen were very patient in answering all questions and concerns that we had as they worked. We have been in our new kitchen a month and there is not one thing we would change or wish we had done differently. To me that is a successful project. Thank You Custom Kitchen.

Our experience with Custom Kitchens was top of the line from the beginning to the end. Richard and Angie were incredibly patient during design as I changed my mind more than once. I asked for some unique features, including full height inswing cabinet doors to a hidden pantry. This required research on their part to find the right hardware to hold such heavy doors. I absolutely LOVE that they ordered the appliances for me while we worked out other details so that the project could start when I wanted it to and appliance would be ready to go. Our project manager, Curtis worked collaboratively with an interior designer and other contractors on a broader home renovation project. It is rare to hear about a kitchen renovation starting on time and finishing on time and despite being without a kitchen for 8 weeks, this was one of the least stressful renovations we have undertaken! There are still a few punch list items open, but I feel confident that everything will be completed to my satisfaction in a timely manner. On top of being great at what they do, CKI is a friendly, family focused company and has long-term relationships with employees and subcontractors. It has been a pleasure working with them and I recommend them without reservation to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy and professional group to work with on their kitchen or bathroom renovation.

Richard was responsive and helpful with kitchen design, accommodating and patient. Nice quality cabinet and hardware choices. Subcontractors were also very good for the most part and very much a team.

Excellent work, love the results... but many delays and changes to scheduling times of workers coming to the house. Fortunately, we had my brother in law living with us and my husband is retired. Otherwise, it would have been a nightmare of rescheduling our work hours and taking time off to accomodate the project schedule revisions. Completion was several months past timeline (June instead of February/March).

I have told friends and they have seen the excellent kitchen I now have. I don't know anyone currently who is planning to remodel their kitchen.

We are so pleased with our new kitchen and would highly recommend their services if wanting to install a new kitchen or update an existing kitchen.

Our experience with Custom Kitchens from initial consult to project completion was great. Our project manager Carter was super easy to work with, he took our half baked ideas and made them a reality. He was on top of all the coordination and scheduling aspects of the job in a way that put our minds at ease. Overall, not only would we recommend Custom Kitchens to a friend, we would use them again for additional work in the house.

Ultimately, the quality of the work done by the actual installers was great -- however the actual process of dealing with the project management and design side of custom kitchens left *a lot* to be desired.

I recently renovated the entire downstairs of my home. The floors, walls, and fireplace, in addition to the kitchen were renovated. By far, out of all of the people involved in the project, Custom Kitchens was the best part of the entire project. They had the best attention to details, communication, quality, and timeliness. Their work was second to none. The finished product is beautiful and the kitchen has become the centerpiece of my home. Kimberly was very accommodating as the project manager and easy to work with. Matt, Ryan and Ronnie were all so meticulously and did an outstanding job installing and finishing all cabinetry work.

They were extremely good at managing multiple vendors ongoing work. Charges are reasonable. I was quoted 5-6 weeks timeline until I could be back cooking in the space - it was 5.5 weeks!! There were some parts that needed to be reordered but they worked around that. The showroom and process they use to select cabinetry, counters, appliances is comprehensive and professional. Great showroom!!
