Daniels provided us with an excellent, contemporary solution to our housing needs. The design process is very interactive and a joy to go through. The staff are wonderful to work with. The execution side can be a little bumpy at times, and perhaps more should have been said upfront to manage our expectations. Also I think certain steps should have been started earlier to reduce or anticipate delays caused by county inspectors. Overall the excellent design solution, and the superior craftsmanship outweigh any hiccups and I can wholeheartedly recommend Daniels Design & Remodeling.

We have the kitchen of our dreams. The entire process was overall very positive. The design portion was done with our input and the final plans reflected everything we were asking for. The construction process was also good overall. It will always be stressful having that significant a part of your home under construction, but we felt cared for and communicated with during those months. We’d been warned prior to the project start that we’d soon grow weary of the chaos, and we did. But the project was delivered within our expected timeframe, and I still stop each time I enter the new kitchen to pinch myself and remind myself this really is my kitchen. It looks like a movie set or model home. It is GORGEOUS, and Daniels Design made my dream a reality. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for another project, or recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional design team.

We have worked with multiple remodeling companies in recent years, and our experience with Daniels Design was BY FAR the best. From start to finish, the customer service they provided is exactly why we chose to use a full service remodeling company.

They created a unique and sophisticated space out of an ordinary two-bedroom condo. I am absolutely thrilled with it!

This is our fourth project with them. At this point, not really willing to investigate other firms although Daniel’s may not be the least expensive option.

If we were to recommend we would explain the pitfalls of our time with the company. In fact, we have had that chance on several occasions. Construction process was smooth and relatively painless. Communication during construction process was above board. Beginning of process getting to construction phase was difficult, frustrating and at times seemed pointless. (Difficult = DD&R,inc seemed to pay little to no attention to budget constraints. Frustrating = time between meetings & communication was too long, First contact was made Nov. 11, construction did not start until July 5th. Pointless = While selection team was nice & crutious, prices were very rarely given, and most chooses had to be made a second time months later.)

We had a very positive experience with Daniels when they remodeled our kitchen, which including removing a load bearing wall. The whole team communicated clearly throughout the process and was always receptive to our concerns/feedback. The engagement was longer than we anticipated (largely due to covid supply chain issues), but the Daniels team was great at managing expectations. The team was meticulous during the design phase and it really paid off as the construction was on schedule and on budget and we absolutely love the job they did!

The Daniels Design Team did a great job incorporating many differing requirements into a functional design for our basement. This was a complete build out of over 1900 square feet resulting in a living space for our parents. The final floor plan maximized the use of space in an efficient and elegant manner. The supervisors on the Team stayed in constant contact with us as the project progressed and they immediately addressed issues when they occured. The Daniels Design Team and all subcontractors followed the prevailing COVID-19 guidance from the CDC and they were always careful about maintaing social distance and keeping the work space sanitary.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Very professional approach in planning, design, proposal options and construction management. All questions, issues and problems immediately dealt with. Great communication with us and among all team members and sub contractors. Very happy with completed project.

Additional Comments - The onsite team could not have been better. All were very attentive to detail and gave me the sense my asset was in good hands. The railing modifications that Bobby Queen executed are really spectacular and drawn raves from all our friends who've stopped by. Michael is a very good communicator. He did an excellent job in keeping us informed on schedule and scope issues. Also, DD&Rs subcontractors were all very good. The electrical sub was particularly diligent in meeting our vision and very fair in pricing of the changes we threw at them. The painter was very very good as well.
