The workers are pulled from the job site after already starting/working on the project for the day. There were times when 2 workers were needed but were not supplied. This allowed water to leak when testing the plumbing. There is a definite change in customer service with the current project manager (Eric Dalton) and previous PM Chuck. I will not be using Davis on future projects.

We expected this project done in January, and in August we still aren't 100% done. Yes, our original installer tragically passed away, but the constant delays and the constant prioritization of "big" contracts in Deep Creek over existing contracts was infuriating.

Shaun, Dan, and Chuck exceeded our expectations in completing a kitchen remodel for us. Shaun did an excellent job at designing the perfect kitchen for our home. Once the design was complete and the materials were ordered, we worked with Dan. Dan made sure the job was done in the same manner he would on his own home. It was top-notch from the beginning, talking about design with Mr. Davis. They are exceptional in everything they do. The guys showed on time. It was a downpour during the time they were scheduled. They certainly never even thought of canceling. The guys just set up a tent in my backyard to stay true to the schedule we had established months earlier. I would recommend them to anyone for any kitchen or bathroom type of job. I know I will always use them in the future.

We had a kitchen installed & recently a new walk in shower. The workmanship for both was exceptional & all employees were professional & reliable.

Communication was excellent, and as you know, communication is so important in getting a job done smoothly. You may think you are paying a little more at the beginning but the expertise is there, along with the quality, and professionalism, and no hassles. Very happy and satisfied.

We are delighted with our new kitchen floor. The installers were professional, extremely competent, and a pleasure to work with. Davis had originally replaced a badly cracked floor but the job was quite poor. Ed made it right and Gary, Dan, Mike and Jordan did a fabulous job. We understand the original installer doesn't work there anymore.
